*Grabs hand and hangs on...
£80 for me, £40 each to the storecards.
I've been on the phone to my union for 32 minutes now listening to the phone ring - not even any 'your call will be answered shortly messages to placate me! As I'm ringing to leave them (don't agree with their methods) you can imagine that this will not help my mood if they make a fuss about things!

Glad I'm not the only one having a derriere up day....Good news. Have discovered most of the major supermarkets do 8 pints of milk for £2....Mr M did it for a few weeks and today I was in Mr. S (first thing this am. Had to see D) and they also do it
...so £7 something spent for the following
5 sachets of engine oil (cheap coffee) (£2.50)
Big bag of carrots (will eat them) (think they were about 80p)
8 pints of milk (£2)
3 doughnuts (daily doughnut needed) cos they were 3 for 2 otherwise it'd just have been 2 @ 50p
1kg of bananas (80p)
Think that was it? Can't remember will have to check. 2.5 shopping bags for £7.....Yay...
So yeah....lack of decent smileys mean I have to do the following -and
It's really hard going 2 hours no smokes...but I will do it cos I had 8 small this am which is way too many...

Ok so another £160 additional to my loan, and £319.23 left my account for min payments so total of £479.23
Hugs to those that need them! *squish*
Now waiting once again to find out if I have a disciplinary for my sickness... I've know I've been through this many times before but I'm up to 4 periods in 6 months so it's highly likely (I feel a bit like the boy who cried wolf!!). I'm going to have a look at the policies though and see if it advises anything about particular illnesses ie vomiting (surely you shouldn't be in contact with the public while vomiting?!)Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

Yeah that's just what I did..... :j...round about the 1/4 of an hour mark and the 1 hr and 15 mins it gets really tough for some strange reason. But then I tell myself I've had enough nicotine and do ANYTHING (almost LOL) to distract and it's fine till I'm due another...Going to do this folks ....20 SMALL roll-ups today
MAX...
So bare in mind I actually worked out a reduction plan (might change the end of it....don't know...we'll see...end of it is officially not till next thursday but it seems pretty hard going from 6 to zero so I might go 6 then twothen zero.:)... I have now bought 3 oz of tobacco to last till next thursday (seemed pointless buying less) on the basis that I have worked out I can get 70-80 small roll ups out of 1oz of tobacco. I started the oz I'm on yesterday and had 15-20 yesterday pm. (small).....so yeah...
This is subject to change. I just don't see the point in doing a reduction/transition any slower cos you lose the momentum.
3oz of tobacco with papers = less than £10....so that's an extra £10 I can pad today
...Big difference. Going from £35 cig budget to £10 in just under a week
...
Hugs
E
PS. I gotta tell you all this for an encouragement to the smokers out there. On my wee halving of what I was smoking and substituting with e-cig/NRT I can suddenly bike to Mr A (and it's uphill on the way back with shopping = disaster zone before) and get to the roundabout before I have to get off. I can even do the first hill in gear 4 (which is quite low)......and this is having not been on the bike for a few weeks and with a ?puncture? (will have to check :P)

The glorious spreadsheet LOL....
Did I tell you guys I got 4 microwave egg cookers from HB down the beach for 69p......cheap snacking here we come...Wanted them for simply ages and had been keeping a look out in the poundshop but no joy...that & 3 cans of pop (2@29p & one @39p = £1.69 spent in HB) and like my daily doughnuts (50p) have been my only whoopsie spends today...
I thought it was going to be really easy not to spend this week but I have this horrid wee voice almost constantly in my head saying stuff like 'You're quitting the cigs - you need to treat yourself' which is so annoying cos quit date now isn't for 12 days!!!. I'll treat myself the tuesday after (giro day) - to a battery for the electric sweeper @ £10.....:)...done job as far as I'm concerned...
Anyhow I can smell cheap tea - rice and lentils with garlic..yum
