  • Hi Everyone
I should have also said earlier that with having had my mortgage interview this week I have been able to work out what my budget is roughly going to be, including my mortgage payments and the Occupancy charges insurances, council tax and the like.
I have not included personal things like haircuts or socializing in it just now as its a bit tight but I don't intend to do much socializing in the 1st few months until I can work out all the proper amounts. Once I am settled in I will then start to recalculate everything using the budget calculator on here to sort it all.
I have been making lists on my iPad (Free thanks to a Tesco glitch a couple of months ago!:j) and iPhone and have my Budgets on there as well as lists for Birthdays and Christmas for 2013. I am going to have to be strict with my spends or land up in debt again  and I am not willing to do that! :D
The other thing I have made lists for, once I move in are Food spends, Fuel spends, Cleaning product spends, Toiletry spends. I realize as well I am going to have to go back to doing some more babysitting, which I have not done in a while. The money from this will go into my present pot for Birthday's and Christmas.

I am turning into the List Queen!! :D
