  • Hi everyone
Well its official - I am well and truely hooked on reading the MFW board and everyone's diaries on there, I know I have at least 6 months to go until I can have a mortgage of my own and I have lots to think about between now and then but its good to read and see what obsticles I may face

I met F_F yesterday and was telling her my plan - I have a 1st homebuyer savings account with Santander, it is a 90 day notice account so I plan on closing this in December, that way come March 2012 the money will be available when I need it. I will be filling my ISA with the majority of the money and putting the rest into a easy access savings account, so when the time comes I can put down my deposit without much problem! :D

Anyway spends over the last few days are as follows

    Friday 2nd September
    £1 Speedway money draw
    £25 New speedway hoodie
    Total £26

    Saturday 3rd September
    £9.59 Tesco
    £7.27 Stationary
    £2.30 Drink with F_F
    £0.69 app for phone
    Total £19.58

    Sunday 4th September

    Hi Everyone,
    Well where do I start!!
I have spent quite a bit of money on books and puppets for implimenting circle time at work after being on a Circles time course last week as it is something I am interested in and will benefit from having in the long run, great resource books that I had been looking into buying but the course made me go and get them!

Had a nightmare WW meeting last Wednesday - 3 of my helpers were not there, 1 had no childcare, 1 had an interview and 1 was sick  So that left me and the lovely Flying Fresian to hold court! I tried my members to see if anyone could help me out and only 1 came forward in the end 3 of my Sunday helpers came to the rescue and helped me out!

I made the short list of 7 for an interview for the Senior Nursery Nurse at work, I had my interview yesterday, it went OK and I know I could have done so much better and I was up against a deputy manaager and manager from other nurseries. However, my deputy manager asked to speak to me today, I thought to give me feedback on the interview and she offered me the position!! :j:j SO I am now a Senior Nursery Nurse :D
The only thing I didn't ask that I will be asking tomorrow is what my new salary is going to be!

The other thing I have been looking at is a Kindle - I am getting one for my Christmas from my parents but not sure if I should get the new one or the keyboard wi-fi one.

    Total - £ 154.23
