Minnie2- I have a cunning plan that will sort your funeral outfit without costing you a penny
Have a mooch round the shops and choose an outfit that you like, but make sure you can hide the tags when you wear it, be very careful not to dirty it and then take it back asap after the funeral and say you tried it on at home and it didnt fit.

Not as if I needed my annual leave for anything else, so figured I may as well. Next year my b/day is on a Monday, so I put in a holiday application for the entire week this last Monday :T

he's coming over on Saturday evening, using my spare room over night, and then coming to the race with me

and then over to visit the family afterwards, as they expect to see me when I'm in the area - especially with it being on my b/day (the race isn't far from DD/GDs/parents/DS2)

and was supposedly a 'part-time' runner himself !!

this one can't run (medical reasons), so doesn't make logical sense for them to be that way around to me

he's already asking about the half-marathon I'm down for in June, so I think he plans to come and cheer me on for that one as well...... not sure he realises it'll mean him standing around in a field for the best part of 2.5hrs while I'm actually out running
