I was the opposite, the more I did, the worse I got and stupidly I ignored it. Now I am trying to balance my rest and activity and I think I'm making progress.
Well pacing is best, you have to do what works for you. I do now feel fine most of the time, although my nerves can feel a bit jangerly if I get overtired.
I do hope things get better for you soon. A good diet also helps, when I started my food diary it became apparent that I was only really eating two meals a day as I got up so late that breakfast merged into lunch and I wasn't eating much fruit and veg. I have now changed that and make sure I always have breakfast and have increased my fruit and veg intake dramatically, well veg mainly as I am not a great fruit lover really. I still don't get up as early as I'd like but then I'm going to bed to late! But 10am is better than 6pm or 3pm as I progressed! And sometimes I even manage 9am!:rotfl:Here dead we lie because we did not choose
To live and shame the land from which we sprung.
Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
And we were young.

Mine is the one with baking powder/no milk as I think it makes it lighter (plus granulated brown sugar on top instead).

PAD is Payment A Day - a thread on the Debt Free Wannabee board. I used this method and repaid over £9,000 of debt in two years, so I'm a big fan! I'm now debt-free, but PAD to savings every day instead.
I can link to the thread when I get home from work if this quick explanation doesn't make sense!0 -

Hello everyone.
Been reading through the posts, i'm addicted! everyone is doing so well with the frugaling.
I havent had a NSD for a few days
For anyone with little uns, sainsbury has all there baby stuff on a third off, i've just been and stocked up and tempted to go back for more nappies.
For those with ME (chronic fatigue) and depression, the advice i give to my clients is individual to each person, but to all i would say balance you blood sugar levels to help even out energy levels and reduce cravings. The general rules for doing this is eat protein and complex carbs (wholegrains) with every meal and include two snacks per day (crudites and houmous, nuts and fruit).
Also food allergies can play a major role.
Reduce saturated fat and increase essential fats (found in oily fish, nuts and seeds).
Chew food thouroughly (to take the pressure off the digestive system).
Dont burn yourself out, or push yourself to hard, gentle exercise is best.
Hope this helps, i suffered for years, although not severe, its a frustrating illness.
Making fish pie for dinner, feeding 5 adults and 2 children so using 3 packs of fish (not very frugal although will bulk it out with peas, toms and sweet corn oh and some onion.
Best wishes to all0 -
