Has anyone got anything showing in their !!!!!! accounts in relation to deals/offers? We're gold, on 71,500 points and have 3 offers that cover the xmas period and thats all there has been for the last 3 months.
Over the last year we've had loads of offers in our account for concert tickets, slot tournys, free nights etc etc but now there's virtually nothing available.

Hoping there are some reasonable offers that we can take advantage of for when we're next out there.

Sounds good although my wife is not so keen to go back there as she was ill after last time, she had the chicken and ribs and a beer, I only had chicken and ribs and was fine so I think it may have been the beer, although she insists it was the chicken..so wont eat there any more...she can watch the rest of usm though:D

Forget the TA reviews. There are hopeless for Vegas and not a good indicator at all. Are the Staybridge Suites still at No1?

Caesars have a Black Friday offer on some hotels which has to be booked today.

    Caesars from $70

Check it anyway as ggareth managed to get Paris for $45 which is a steal.

Anyway all is not lost as CET have a Cyber Monday sale starting on Monday which will be all the CET (formerly Harrah's) properties which also don't have a resort fee.

  • We're staying at the Golden Nugget - looking at maps, would we be better to get on the I-15 from the airport to Downtown or go via the Strip pls? Will be first trip to Vegas.

go via I-15 the strip can be a royal pain in the butt, its nice to walk down but when you have just arrived its nicer to get to the hotel and dump your bags.
to be honest for a first time trip to vegas i would have picked a mid-strip hotel like the paris or PH instead of a downtown place but to each their own.

Good question I 15 should be the quikest but can be backed up if rush hour or accident but then you always have the option to get off it at any exit to the strip if it is backed up.

I actually enjoy driving down the strip when arriving, it gives that warm feeling inside.

Are you staying downtown for the duration or moving midstrip at some point

If you are happy with the price book it and dont look again! If you want to gamble hold off.

I am going on March 27th for £370 with Delta ok its not direct but it is a huge saving.

Delta have had some very good fares recently if you are happy flying indirect, and of course it means you dont have to fly with Virgin, that flight is the pits (but has been done to death on here)
