Great - given that Virgin is the worst at clearing trays after meals, that should work really really well! :) It's one of the things that irks me about Virgin...

Fair point. Skytrax have recently downgraded Virgin from a 4* airline to a 3* in their review system.

    BA every time for me.

awww gutted to be home just back from a wonderfull stay in the gorgeous bellagio hotel which was amazing, we flew us airways which to be fair was ok food carp lol was edible just though lol no delays or problems the weather was lovely, we feel slightly bloated due to all the food and drink but hey ho lol we had a ball

for those shoppers out there i recomend a visit to ross, dress for less near the riviera hotel there equivalent to our tk max but way cheaper got my boys some really nice bits, also a trip downtown to the outlet mall is a must we picked up a loads of gifts from there especially for the skate boarders out there couple of great shops there managed to pick up some DC skate shoes for 10 dollars...

we did run into some dodgy looking geezers in mcdonalds at 2am clearly dealing drugs and not even bothering to hide it either lol was all part of the experience

cant wait to go back jealous of all u guys getting ready to go lol

Pleased to here about The Sahara - headed down that end of the strip on our visit in August to go up the tower at the Stratosphere and it was so sad to see. They were having a clearance sale of all the furniture extra in the hotel rooms I so wanted to go and have a look to see how much stuff was.

Hopefully you will be able to walk through from the monorail again, the walk around it was not nice at all.

There is actually a sign out side saying FOC West parking garage lol
Looks like it is a definate goer according to the news last night. The rides are going and they will change the look of the outside removing the Arabian theme

Cosmopolitan may not charge a resort fee but they have pulled the plug on free wifi and are now charging $15 a day
"Guests may access the internet throughout The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas at the cost of $15 for 24 hours. With this optional service, guests may connect up to two devices to the network anywhere on the property."

    I found that on Vegaschatter

Anyone know if the DC store in the outlet is usually good? Boyfriend is looking to get some when we're out there, he has size 11 feet though so wondering if that will be a problem in finding any bargains shoewise.

i echo that so long to walk in 120 degree heat, plus did not feel safe soon as you got round side of building

I swear my shoes where melting, and no I did not feel safe at all, to the extent instead of getting the monorail back we got a taxi from the Stratosphere

Yep! Other stores (Robert Wayne iirc) also have DC's and may have better deals, North Outlets is better than south but is outside, south is mostly indoor.

Don't know what was going on last night. The taxi queue outside Bellagio must have had over 200 people in it, they even had ropes up snaking the line around. Went out of there at about 12 and it was still the same. I think of how the guy that whistles the cabs up has the best job in Vegas. Almost every single person that gets a cab gives him a dollar.
BTW it was bloody cold last night, actually rained a bit during the day, much warmer and sun out again today
