Marchon the Power Pass it depends on what you want to do and how much you are willing to cram into a short time to get the most value out of it.
Personally, it's always seemed like you would have to run around all day in order to feel like you got enough for your money and there are other sources of discounts for a lot of the things that would be more leisurely.
Really depends on the person though...not familiary with the dining option really - but I'm guessing that it's restricted to certain restaurants...so whether it's a good deal or not would depend on how much it would cost to eat at those restaurants - and whether you would want to be tied to eating only at those restaurants for the duration...I can all but guarantee we would not. Remember the chances of you actually eating 3 meals a day is very unlikely, so needs to be factored in. With so many dining options in Vegas - at any pricing level you could want - we personally would not lock ourselves into something like this unless it included restaurants we were definately interested in and was a very good price - othewise it's too restrictive - we don't know where we we will be any given day, so would not want to have to scurry back to X place because we had a meal due there.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
MarchHi,
Just looking to book return flights to Las Vegas from Glasgow
I am getting a good price with Delta Airlines with 2 stops.
Outbound: GLA-AMS-MSP-LAS
Connection time at AMS is 2hrs 20min and at Minneapolis is 4hrs 15min
Duration: 20h 33m
Inbound: LAS-AMS (via Memphis but no plane change at Memphis)-GLA
Connection time at AMS is 3hrs 30min
Duration: 18h 40m
- Do you see anything that we should be concerned about?
- For the outbound, as the immigration will be at Minneapolis, is the connection time sufficient?
- Will we have to collect our bags in Minneapolis and then re-check in them for the flight to Las Vegas?
- If yes, will we have to pay anything for the checked in bags within US?

Sorry for so many questions but this is our first ever trip to US and I want to make sure we know of all costs involved.

MarchArrived last night, first time on BA economy, better cabin than Virgin, roast beef dinner was nice, and the flip up "wings" on the headrest are great, place pillow up againt them and head stays put while you sleep. staying at Platinum and for the first time could not get upgraded to a Princess suite, they are completely full for the next week. Really busy at the moment with a big fight tonite, PBR finals this weekend and NHRA racing on at the speedway
We're off in BA economy too in less than 3 weeks, what seats did you get?DFW Nerd 267. DEBT FREE 11.06.08

We paid £30 each for the twins at the back. Glad we did as the flight was full and all through the trip noticed people kept getting up to let someone out. Oh and you get drink and food service first. The big downside is that you get off last so end up at the back of 400+ people for immigration, unless of course you are American.
When we got to bag drop we asked about upgrades and there was to WT+ for £149. We debated over it but by the time we got through security and tried to get them airside they were gone, so get there early if you fancy it. There was also an upgrade from WT+ to club world for £440 which was a stealThe common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0 -

That's more than enough time. You'll collect your bags and then drop them straight back off when leaving the baggage hall. You won't have to pay for the checked bags on the internal flight.
I do think you'll have to change plane in the US on the way back, I've looked at a few Delta flights in the past and for some reason it hasn't shown all the connection details for the return.0 -
