we usually use weekend Vegas prices as an excuse to go elsewhere (though then we end up spending more on accommodation than we would have staying in Vegas!) but its nice to get out and about and save my liver and pocket money from a beating for a day or two!

Flight dates for when i'd like to go next year have been released,like to go direct from Manchester so choice is very limited. They are at a great price 2355 pp economy :eek: with Virgin.....what do you guys think,bargain or what?!

If they have just been released, only the full fare Y bucket will be showing, the lower fares will be released in due course

I have often bought Virgin flights on the day of release in the past and found it to be the best time to buy, all be it from Gatwick and not for about 3 years so things may have changed

We always do the same as NVH and have been to all those amazing places, just last month we headed off to Sedona for the weekend (red rock country) it was fantastic and it escapes the rowdy crowds that always inhabit vegas at the weekend

I agree. I live here and people who are coming to visit me don't understand why I have no interest going to the Strip day in day out. I much prefer off Strip resorts/casinos if I do go out and about. There is so much other stuff to do and see.
