Without declaring it yes, don't forget you also have to declare it if you are bringing more than 10k back!!!
Ha Ha, absolutely no danger of that happening!

What didn't you like about the Ghostbuster slots? I was looking forward to trying them out.

I forgot a part of my trip report from recent poker trip.

Got talking with a couple of dealers. Apparently they earn minimum wage from casino employment ($10 or so), but expect to earn upwards of $30 an hour in tips.....a dollar or two per hand is the minimum they would expect, and 25 hands per hour is normal.

Minimum wage here is $7.25 per hour with insurance and $8.25 without. Though casino jobs generally pay more and are 'good' jobs to have.

Not so long ago Lead Valet Men were earning close to $100,000 per annum, Cocktail Waitresses $80,000+ !!!! And obviously they don't declare all of it so much is Federal Tax free too!!!!

Imagine how much they'd make if everyone tipped them! The amount of people we saw not tipping CW's this trip was unreal!

There was a belting CW in Mirage just recently. Kept thinking she'd messed up the drink orders. She brought 3 lots of drinks over eventually, I ran out of hands to hold them! Even told her it was correct but she just ran off and got some more.... Bless

I'm absolutely itching to go back to Vegas! When does it start getting hot over there? March? Would want to avoid spring break!

Does anyone know how prices for a helicopter flight down the strip compare with the offer on Groupon today please?

$99 for an Extreme Vegas Strip Tour from Adventure Helicopter Tours ($190 Value) http://www.groupon.com/deals/adventure-helicopter-tours-lv?utm_campaign=UserReferral&utm_medium=email&utm_source=uu7684979

    Thanks

Depends what you mean by hot? Spring break isn't huge in Vegas anyway.

I don't mean Vegas hot, just 25+ degrees celsius. When I went in January it was lovely and sunny but max temp was about 20.
When I go back I'd like to get round the pools most days.

March is in the 60's so probably too cool for you. I wouldn't sit by my pool all day then. April may hit higher 70's (but we also get the Santa Ana winds then!!). I would personally wait till early May when we are hitting the 80's. This is more sunbathing weather.
