  • The $100 Cosmopolitan Slots Rebate
Can someone please explain this in simple terms !
My game is Blackjack but intrigued by the Cosmo proposition. As i understand it:
1)Sign up for Identity Card. Hand over $100. Got to video roulette and bet $100 on black/red. if I won, I walk away with $100 profit:)(that bit I get)
    2) If I lose, I go back to Identity desk, they load extra $100 on to card (I get that bit too)
    3) Go back to video roulette with $100 credit and add a further $100 into machine.
    4) Bet $50 red and $50 black each x2 spins
    5) As long as I don't hit green on either spin, I walk away at break even.

The bit I don't get is covering the bet on Green to ensure you don't walk away $100 down:(

    Can anyone explain please:)

My parents are coming out then........about £700 direct London - Vegas. Where are you flying from?

We are near birmingham so willing to fly from most places to be honest.....who's that with? We'd prefer direct if possible....especially on then way home.

I don't think you hand over $100, you sign up and as long as you put your card in a machine it tracks your loss.
But why would you want to go in and play for maybe 10 minutes just to come out breaking even. You could sit at different machines, get nice drink service, and mybe hit big. If you don't, then you go up to players club, they load $100 credit to play with, sit down at video poker (as long as it's not progressive) and if you play right you should be out almost even, if you hit big, you could be up $1,000
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

The idea being stoneman(I think) that if you nail it on first spin, you win $100 and walk away.

Ahh, see where you are coming from. ;) (I think)
The trouble is that pesky green, it only pays even so wouldn't you have to place $100 on there as well?
Anyway, I am hoping that they keep it going till October.

We're going 29th March. Got Delta for £425 each from Manchester. Considering we've been looking at £200 more recently, we jumped on it.

We're off to Vegas March 24th for 2 weeks. Booked our flights back in July during the Virgin sale.

Parents are on BA and my friends are on Virgin. Both about the same cost I believe.

You have to actually lose $100 before you are eligible for the refund. I thought originally that you had just to play $100 through, but that isn't the case.
