BTW the name of the person who posted it is ferf1223. Is it the same helpful person as is on here?

To those of you in vegas at the moment (and are anywhere near the mgm grand) cant you take a look in the slot area by the loos just to the right of the buffet and let me know if the bank buster slots are still there?

The missus is desperate to know if they are still there

    Ta very much

Will have a look over the weekend. Unless Luci has seen them when she stayed there.

can someone please help? I'm demented looking for sub £1000 flights (total price for 2 people) from LV to Manchester. I want to go as directly as possible, are there any "best days" to get cheap flights?? anyone know any carriers that do this route direct??

Been looking for absolute weeks. Found a great flight to Gatwick but have to change to Heathrow to get the plane back to Manchester
You will find it pretty hard getting flights at £500 each these days, even indirect. My advice is to either re think your budget or go somewhere else. Vegas is probably the most expensive route mile for mile. You might find goint to LAX then either drive or get a cheap 1 hour flight from there would be the cheapest way around it.
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

As a kid i was subjecfed to freddie and queen blaring outta the stereo every saturday while the old man done the housework while me mum worked. To say i grew up hating queen is an understatement..

However, hitting a bonus on the queen slot and having a queen classic blaring out thru the casino last year was a great experience. The missus mistakenly hit max bet for $5 last year and dropped a couple of hundred from one spin.

Its a good fun machine and if ever a slot could give 'value for money' this is it. I have some videos on facebook somewhere if you wanna take a look.

Can anyone who has stayed in Planet Hollywood advise on if they are the normal pools or the tower pools you can see at the front of the picture?

Just found this link to a WOW photo on Vegasmessageboard

    http://www.gigapan.org/gigapans/76785/

Taken with a £9000 camera from the 61st floor of the Cosmo, play about with the photo and zoom in to see what people are eating lol

You can even see people in the pool at Platinum (maybe stoneman)

    This picture - pretty amazing!

The PH pools are at the front of the building on floor 4 I think. You can not see the tower pool in that photo

I thought there was only one pool - but I can see two pools one behind the PH sign and one to the left, guess these are their pools

Found batman walking outside Caesars Palace fountain tho :D he looks a bit sad tho! :(

I can confirm that I couldn't find wally anywhere...

There's also a bus going into hyperspace just outside Paris (outside 'Chateu something'??), and Darth Vader and co seem to have all moved up from MGM to between Bills and Bally's - though maybe it's cooler than it usually is so they can stand in the sun without melting? :)

Keep meaning to ask, does anyone know what the work is that's going on outside PlanetHo / Miracle Mile??[/QUOTE]

The answer is out there somewhere as I read it, may have been on Vegaschatter, cant have been exciting or I would have remembered
