November / DecemberI'm British and don't enjoy getting dressed up. My SO refuses to get dressed up in what he considers uncomfortable clothing.0

Marchplenty of my American friends love to get dressed up - especially in Vegas...some have 'Vegas clothes' they only wear in Vegas.
Just don't see it as something that's tied to a particular nationality - it's personal choice, like so many things are...thankfully Vegas is one of those place where you can feel comfortable in whatever you prefer to wear.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
MayI see a lot of women dressed right up going to the clubs though. Wear what makes you happy-dressing up is very Vegas but dressing down is equally acceptableI Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -
MarchAgree - I have never had any desire to go to a club in Vegas and wouldn't expect to get in with my normal attire. I think most clubs have a strict dress code so if that's one someone's agenda, it would be worth looking into to avoid disappointment. Some look lovely...some look like something out of a Jersey Shore advert.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0

Honestly - take what you would for any holiday to a place with a similar temperature...but bear in mind you will likely be doing a lot of walking so consider a pair of sensible shoes you can walk in...it's actually one of the easiest places to pack for as whatever you choose - there will be people more dressed up and less dressed up than you, 99% guaranteed in both cases.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
