MayThank you Duchy for your reply will follow your advice and book direct but keep my eye on other sites. I will join players club, not a big spender but do like slots and play a little poker so might get something!
Thanks for the food court tip always helps having a short cut anywhere in Vegas!
Like the idea of the band area that let children in my eldest is 13 and loves music so i'm sure this would appeal to him.
Thanks again
You're welcome

Are there any other restaurants worth getting vouchers for apart from Stripburger? We'll eat almost any type of food!
Thanks
There were a few posts about this on the old (2010) thread so maybe try doing a search there. Personally we tried both Fresh Grill & Bar and Ben & Jerrys (both in the Miracle Mile shops at Planet Hollywood) during our trip and really liked them both:

El Segundo Sol is I believe owned by the same group as Stripburger and is nearby - haven't tried it but I'd give it a go.

If you have a car so can easily get away from the strip, then I believe folks on here have recommended Origin India, Casa di Amore and Rosemary's before. I've also heard good things about Hash House a Go Go from various sources so that could be worth a try too.

I find Trip Advisor rubbish for restaurant reviews, so try looking places up on yelp.com for people's opinions. This website shows all the restaurant.com places in Las Vegas scored out of 5 and ranked but not sure how up to date the info is or where it comes from:

Suddenly remembered there are links on this at the start of the thread:

MarchThanks for the advice on stripburger and how the vouchers work. I'll look out on the 1st of the month. If they're now $20 for the $25 off, I don't think I'll bother. We'll go and eat there anyway, but not it's worth the faff for $5 off :rotfl:
I'll also be going to the Wicked Spoon buffet. Pics looks great and good price. Thanks for sharing!Love MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!0 -
AugustFor anyone interested scoot city currently have an offer on their website of 30% off reg price. Usually $125pp down to $87.50pp.
This gets good reviews on tripadvisor. I know its not as good a deal as the groupon when it was 2 for 1 but still money off!
Sorry but can't post link to website.0 -

We can get a one bedroom studio with terrace overlooking the strip for just under £120 per night. tripadvisor reviews aren't great but most complaints sound like opening week glitches.
Thats who I have booked with for the cosmopolitan to and it was the lowest I had seen the rate, can't remember who it was on here that said to try lowcostusa, but am glad I did so thanks!!0 -

Agree, but at the beginning of the month there's a 50% off code - so you would actually only be paying $10 for a voucher worth $25.Or of you go the buy a gift certificate route on the 80% off sale one month, and manage to get a Stripburger voucher the following month it would be $4.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -

No resort fee. There is also free wifi throughout the property.
I've not stayed there yet but did quite a lot of gambling and eating there last week and really liked it.0
