I think you should upgrade your Flamingo seat to a VIP one Ferf ;)
    Or go shopping
Or do ANYTHING but put it all back :D

    How FAB !!

(BTW Don't forget to take your Flamingo show stubs to the Players Club for TR points-it isn't done at the box-office or automatically)

I thought £450 in May was good too
I got great flight times -stupid early departure getting to Vegas at 2pm and coming back leaving at 1pm ish- was cheapest to book with CO flight number on COs own site than on the 3rd party sites too for those timings. Have it on 24 hour hold at the moment (one of the perks of a frequent flyer card-on the CO site you take it as far as the payment screen and then surf away and it holds it for 24 hours)

Bit of a different trip for me as I'm having one night in Vegas -then flying to Idaho to help out at a friend's big charity benefit dinner and marathon event -then back to Vegas for a couple of days R&R before flying home.

    i think it's $5000 by my reckoning ($5 = 1 credit - they've won "1000" credits which therefore = $5000) ... thats' a hand-pay in Vegas :) needs a little attendant man to come and verify it

(but everything is pretty much a 'receipt' - may be the odd exception and i'm not sure what the deal is downtown either)

Looks like $1000 to me. Paid 1000 credits and each credit is $1 he was just doing 5 lines.
It would have paid 5000 credits to be a $5000 win.

am definitely going to check out the Cosmopolitan one, have read nothing but good things about it. Can also recommend the buffet at the Aria... only tried the breakfast buffet there (twice! :D), but it was fantastic, great quality food, great service and the biggest selection of foods I've ever seen! Think the breakfast buffet was about $20, and a weekend champagne breakfast buffet was about $30.

but in essence, you've got it in one... pay your $20, get seated, go and help yourself to as much as you like, as often as you like... table staff will come round and keep you topped up with juice/coffee, etc.

But is the food though, like Rib-eye steaks, porter-house, etc etc and proper BB ribs ? as there expensive foods to start with, just wonder if u get those at the buffets ?
Will check out this Cosmo place, where about on the strip is that ?

Even at the Wynn which is one of the best Buffet I have been to, its about $35 for dinner you wont get steaks on a noraml night or ribs.

I have had steaks at the Orleans on a steak night buffet for about $15.

Some buffets do specials on a weekly basis

The above links have all info you need, ratings, costs and directions

I generally only eat buffets and have tried most of them on and off the strip
