    Hey

Well am just about to go for a bath and after reading mcculloch29s post about the candle im going to go get the candle i got for my xmas and sit it on the window ledge and light it when i have my bath.... its going to be a nice relaxing night.

I love reading all about all the stashes and just wish that i had some of the lovely stuff you all do. I would love some nice branded skin care or bath stuff instead am using superdrugs own label stuff... not that im knocking it most of its good but im just jealous i don't have the expensive stuff :o although i'd be in a worse financial situation if i did have!!

I've listed some things on ebay that i just wouldn't use so that should help to reduce the stash a bit.... not much tho!

UU - Corsodyl Mouthwash WIBA yes and i have one already so will need to look it out. My mouth is really bad for ulcers at the moment cause im so run down and tired so it clears it up pretty quick but only problem is it stains my teeth so it will be used until the ulcers clear up then put away again.

    Off for that bath now

  • Tracey that is a pretty nice stash!

Well, after a day of housework, commonly and catching up with some stiff for work....

I've spent an hour in bubble bath and have scrubbed, cleaned, shaved every part of me and still no more UU.

Will paint my nails now. Planning to use the Elf Matte finisher top coat. Has anybody tried this?

  • Mcculloch29 thanks so much for the pink candle post!
what I love about this group is that it gives us permission to use the lovely toiletries that we've bought/been given that we save for 'special moments' that never come - or rather that we don't recognise. I'm going to so enjoy using my stash to be nice to myself whatever the non-occasion. The fact it's helping me control unnecessary spending is almost a by-product.

Here's to every day being a special day - as far as toiletries are concerned!!:beer:
  • Hi Again

Right, after reading reviews, I decided to buy some of the L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream and used Quidco for 10% back....so will let you know how I get on with it.

I have a bar of Clinique (for dry skin) soap which has hardly been used as Ive moved over to Decleor over the past 12 months and not sure what to do with it. Can I freecycle it?

Will hopefully update tomorrow with a list of stuff we have.

    Thanks everyone.

OMG I would love this stash to try! I am very jealous, I am mainly using up home brand stuff and the odd nice-ety.

One UU to report, by accident I used the end of my head and shoulders thinking it was a conditioner bottle (I fill the H&S bottle with the tresemme conditioner, because the 900ml ones are too big for me to hold with wet hands). Thus I am itching but the shampoo has been UU'd. I have half a bottle left before I can begin on my S&G stuff, I hope it's good!

A few splutteres, mainly shower gels, once I've finished mine I will use my OH's... but I think we have enough until July! :rotfl:
