Oh dear. That's me then wandering around the supermarkets near work and my local Sainsbury's to find some. Won't bother with the mascara as have had a mini of this before and the brush is huge (have mentioned my problems with mascara brushes), do like their moisturisers and lipglosses though.
I'm sorry but I couldn't find the post again but someone quoted me re: the Philosophy The Present. All I can say is give it a go. At first it didn't make me oily but my skin has got oilier lately. Can feel marked improvement now that I've excluded it from my regime.
Another UU for me today: tube of Elemis Maximum Moisture cream. Is lovely and would buy again. I used it as a night cream though as I prefer my PCMC during the day. Maybe I'll treat myself when I run out of night cream again.
Was very good today. Went into Boots and only came away with three toothbrushes which were on 3for2 and paid for them with Advantage points. S&G Conditioner still not in stock. Had a look to see if I could spend my No7 voucher with minimum spend by me and couldn't see any muslin cloths. Saw the new gel eyeliners which looked lovely but managed to resist. Am now polishing my halo! xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Just totted up... I am ashamed to say that I spent £72.93 on toiletries in January!!! This does include the Boots 75% sale but still! How the hell did I spend that much???
I bought:
Body Shop
2 Moroccan Rose bath jars
Boots
Fearne hatbox
Various other 75% sale bits and pieces - total about £6 (inc cards and 2x tealight holders so not all toiletries admittedly)
3X Sensodyne Pronamel (3for2 and paid with points so this doesn't even count towards spend!!!)
No7 muslin cloths (with £5 voucher so 62p)
Superdrug
3x 2True blue mascaras (with 25% off voucher so £3.75 for 3)
12x Batiste dry shampoos
Semi Chem
200 cotton buds
2x Macleans Clean & White (£1 - on offer)
Hairsupermarket
3 posh shampoos £3 each (Try Me Week)
eBay
3x P&P Intense eye creams (£20 for all 3!)

Someone might have to lock me up on 3 March :rotfl:Just a quick drop in, shall waffle tomorrow!
The person with the hands, erm, Salski(?) Are you wearing gloves when you go outside? The cold is awful at the moment and it really strips the hands. Of course, then we put on moisturiser and go out with wet hands and it just gets worse. Mine are a bit red and blotchy at the moment.
I'm sporting a very fetching cut wedding ring finger. Doorbell rang at 1.30 so I eventually got out of bed to answer it (nobody there). Turned round and headed back to bed and thought my finger was throbbing a bit. I looked down at it and it was dripping blood nicely. Don't know what I did to it though. Ah the joys of split nights. Well, I did email my boss and tell her I would get ill if I kept getting split nights. I may not survive long enough to become ill!
Catch you at some stage tomorrow, I'm off tomorrow night.
Sorry to hear you cut your finger Kaz - and about the split nights too, poor you xoGet to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Hello to SALSKI - if you are pregnant you might want to try and avoid some of the nasty chemicals in your usual favourite lotions and potions and try something natural. I have dreadful skin, excema, get hives and heat rash in summer, allergic reactions to the most random products...!!
I've got the smooth-it cream from this range which stops me scratching my excema although I had to confess it smells aargh, but it does the job. I found this range at a craft fayre:

That is nothing. I am well into 3 figures for my January spending - I am really ashamed....hope this makes you feel better....never mind the naughty step, I think I'm on the escalator!
In my defence, last year I thought I was going to lose my job so lived very frugally and bought nothing nice for myself. I then got NIL toiletries for Christmas. Now still have my job and so went a bit OTT in the sales. Got loads of nice bargain stuff for presents, in case my job does get the chop and I can't afford to buy anything later in the year, and nice smellies for my sister who is in a very low paid smelly (farm) job.Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!

Managed to get to the Dr's today and after a lot of crying and explaining and looking over records I have been diagnosed with ME/CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). I now have to decide whether or not to take the meds that will help with this as they cause my other condition to flare *sigh*
So I went to BS and got a Cranberry Body Butter and a Spiced Vanilla Body Butter (still on BOGOF) to cheer me upThe SA threw in a couple of samples too but I haven't looked at them - one was wild cherry and the other coconut but not sure what of - IYKWIM
I am determined however that I will not spend a penny in Feb on anything I do not genuinely need:D
I popped in to see a friend of mine while I was in town and his collegue said to me "you look good - have you lost weight? or done something to your hair?". Now, bearing in mind I haven't slept for a week, haven't had a haircut in almost 12 months and have eaten nothing but rubbish recently I was fairly pleased:rotfl: What I have been doing though is rigidly sticking to my cleanse, tone, moisturise routine - so I guess it's working :T:T
I have to say that I still haven't been even remotely tempted by the list of Glamour Freebies - so I feel :A
I think Tara 747 echoes all our support for you.
Are there not any other options other than medicines? It's so often as you said that one solution leads to or aggravates another problem... My mum used to rattle she took so many pills and they affected her mental health, I am sure of it. Well, I am sure you will research them now you have a diagnosis. Enjoy your BS treats - I am sure you accidentally fell into the BS on your way home.i think you just squeezed them in too as today is the last day (thank goodness...)
PS sorry for 3 posts...just catching up and don't know how you do those fancy multi quotes!!Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!

See that button down there that looks like two pretty balloons? (next to the 'Quote' button) Thats the multi-quote button. Click it on the post you want to include and a little white tick appears.
I think you can only add three posts at a time - but I maybe wrong - I can never get more than three to work
