I haven't bought anything since my little slip up on 2nd Jan. Fortunately I didn't go in to the body shop whilst in town today:A so didn't even know about their offer.

I had my skin analysed at Elizabeth Arden, as a result I think I'll open some of my Clarins creams tomorrow as it was quite dry. The one product recommended for me by the EA consultant (for sun damage/pigmentation) was the prevage serum at £155 for 50ml.:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:Now I wasn't going to buy anything, I just wanted to have my skin analysed but I was shocked at the price of this. Can any one product really be worth that much? Even once my stash is used my skin will have to continue showing slight signs of sun damage!

Tomorrow I hope to do the stash stock take...wish me luck.

I have an IN to report - I bought some Radox 2in1 refresh shower gel and shampoo which eucalyptus and citrus oils in it. Will probably just use it as a shower gel - not too sure what it would do to my hair. Has anyone tried using these 2in1s as shampoo? x

Sundance, yes, I've no idea what your hair is like, but I have extremely fine, collar length, spaghetti- straight hair that tends to slight greasiness after a couple of days. I bought my son the OS Orange and Ginger 2 in 1 for Men but the scent isn't him.
I have enough shower gel but am shorter on shampoo for the year. It made a really good shampoo.
Mind you, I've washed my hair in washing up liquid (Sqezy lemon) in extremis before now. It was fine.

Was amazingly good today, tried to do the mascara exchange in Debenhams as mine was on its way out but they had none left, wish they hadn't started this on a week day but never mind.

Then went to Boots to look for a new mascara and despite having about £60 of points on my card it was really busy and I left empty handed!

Sadly the S&G Breakfast Scrub in the tote bag doesn't have a barcode on it I discovered, the ones in store have a bit of cardboard round them. I really don't like the smell so not sure what to do with it now.

So I've not added anything new today which is good.

Oh one more thing - a few people have mentioned using shower gel in their baths - I am out of bubble bath but heavy on shower gel - does it bubble up? I guess I should just go and try it but it's my tv slobbing out night tonight......

    :)

I popped into The Body Shop today and this was indeed on...there were some genuinely great bargains in. If I hadn't spent a fortune at Boots, I would have happily bought some. They even had bags of 4 big body butters of different flavours for a just £12! It was very hard, but I walked away. :T

I gave away one of the big sets I bought in Boots yesterday as a present, and I developped another one today as my best friend has already picked it up for me from the Boots nearer her. I had bought some extra things from my local that I thought she might be able to use as presents during the year, and some of them were appropriate, some not, so I also returned £14 worth of stuff that we have realised that neither of us need or can use as presents. By the time BF and I sorted out who owed who what, I was in credit, so overall it was a good day. :)

  • more UU's from my wee bath there

Lush Satsumo Santa ballistic WIBA? It's a Christmas product, always seem to get one in a gift box. I like it, but it's not my favourite Lush bath product!
Lush Amanapondo bubble bar WIBA? Maybe, not too keen on floral/rose scented things, but when mixed with the right ballistic/melt it can be okay.

Hmm, I'm no good at this:(

INs - 3 packs cucumber face wipes (3 for £3 in Boots). I've got enough face wipes for about 3 months now.
Boots mouthwash - needed this, so OK. Was 81p with a voucher for a third off from the AC machine, so it was only 50 odd p
OS honey and shea butter £1 on offer
Radox mens shower gel £1.45 on offer with a voucher for a third off.

I definitely didn't need either of the shower gels, but can't leave them at this price. My stash is now back up to 8 :(, I don't want it to become double figures:(:(

I swapped my mascara in Debs for the lengthening one. V pleased as don't like the brush in the high impact one. The brush in this one is intriguing!

    No UU today :(

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Hi all
I have decided to join this thread because I have that many toiletries I am struggling for places to store them. Bought myself S&G tote bag and bundle, had a set botanics, FCUK and some anatomicals as well as Clarins and Olay for christmas. Whenever i have a UU I am going to put £2 away (unless I have to replace them such as deodourant/toothpaste/shampoo). I have loads of shower gel, body lotion etc. UU two things tonight; a small body scrub from M&S, WIBA - probably not because it was in a set (it was ok though) and dove body lotion WIBA - yes but only when others have been used.
  • just finished johnsons baby shampoo 100ml- wiba? yup i have 2 more in my stash- i like using it for cleaning my makeup brushes :P
