I thought it was The Daily Smooth (in the cream and pink tube) than smells of mist you madly (well mine does lol) and Butter Up (in the blue tube) smells more delicate and not like trad. sweet smelling S&G at all? or am I getting all confused?!?
*rushes off to sniff body butters**wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150 -

My first UU of 2011 Sanctuary body lotion from circa 2005! This is one of those things I kept cos it looked nice! Anyhow I have used it up on my legs and I think its safe to say I will not be getting it again - that and I have loads more body butters and moisturisers to get through!0

Happy New Year, I'm back again. Wow 8 pages and it's only 2 days into the month.
I'm gonna give this a try this year
My only problem is seeing "new products" advertised I just have to have them. An example was the Radox Smoothie shower gels, when they first appeared on the shelves Boots were selling them half price, so I bought all of the varieties
I have 'several' of the Radox smoothies from last month, 1/2 price in Boots plus 1/3rd off from the ACM meant they were 41p :jso just had to stock up! I also bought one of every type. I haven't used them yet as I have lots of shower gels to go through first!
Didn't get any toiletries this Christmas and have started going through stuff and will ebay the products I know I'm not going to use. I don't want to start a list
I have given away 2 of the Body Shop sets that I got in the sale to friends yesterday for a new year treat.Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -

Oops...slight blonde moment...I meant the daily smooth, it's deeelishh... I literally squeeze every last bit of it out.
I got the blue bottle (Butter UP?) for xmas, and had a quick sniff, it smells quite nice, but don't think anything could ever replace the mist you madly stuff...mmm:hello:No more toiletries challenge :T

Its not as huge as some on here and it doesn't contain make up as I don't wear any. The only other thing I haven't listed is sanitary wear etc but thats because I buy them online and thus buy in bulk anyway
Hi Pap,
Had to respond after reading your post... many years ago I used to do market research/product testing..
one not very fine day I was in Byker (as in Byker Grove) asking the local ladies 'what sanitary products do you use?'
to which I got the reply..
''Eeeh pet, I always use Domestos!!''
Needless to say I didn't give her 6 months supply of what became Always Ultra to try!

That gave me my best laugh of the day - and living 30 miles from Newcastle I KNOW it's true.... Thank you!Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I have my first used up to report! As posted previously, we have been left with bottles of Radox bubble bath that was bought for son's ex-girlfriend whilst she stayed here. I've been pouring it onto a body puff to use it as you would shower gel. There wasn't much left of one bottle and five showers later, it's empty!
I had a sudden thought strike me. I have a friend who asks me for some form of toiletries at least once a month. That's when she has run out of something.
Body sprays seem to be a frequent request. She doesn't work and I'm happy to help her, but she could derail my not buying.
I've just given her one of the very few Original Source shower gels I haven't liked, the Winter special edition of black pepper and cardamom.
I might put some small bottles to one side and give her those instead of the full size bottles. I know, that sounds mean...
However, my daughter (32) did briskly point out, "Mum, when you were out of work, nobody helped you, you just bought Tesco Value."Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again...
