MR and Mrs 3dogs, having read your threads, I am right behind you. I will be aiming to lose 3 stone this year, but will be fund-raising as I go as it gives me a purpose to do it.
Good luck with the weight loss patman, and well done on fund-raising whils doing it, so it is not just you who benefits from your success :TMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

Losing one pound a week Beanie, means 3 stone 10 lbs in a year, which is quite achievable, but it does get harder the longer you are into it. A pound a week is a good steady weight loss and is the best way to do it - much more sustainable and increased likelyhood of it staying off too :j Good luck hun
Mr 3Dogs is back to doing his car boots from tomorrow, so will be up at 3 am to shower, have brekkie and watch footie match on Sky+ (Sunderland of course) and will then wake me at 4.35 am, to go down to car boot at 5 am   I will stay until the shops open at 10 am, then call for some shopping and come back home. Will probably not go back down again after that, so will get his dinner ready for him coming home about 2 or 2.30 pmMr 3Dogs 3-7-12
