Now my list of challenges for 2011 .....

1. Get fit, lose at least 3 stone in weight (achievable as i managed it when i used to be a racing cyclist)

2. Not to waste money on items we dont need

3. continue with my battle to sort debts out

4 Exercise more and get at least one walk outdoors each week

5 Eat more healthily

6 Use more vouchers

7 Meet 3dogs and Mr3dogs

8 Help people and share my wealth of knowledge without judgement (treat people as one would hope to be treated)

9 Enjoy life

10 Get out on the bike

Does anyone else's head hurt? I am not hungover it is this stupid bug i have. I have had it for days. Yukky poos. I have had two weeks off from work and need to get back into the swing of things and mark. I hope you are all ok.

I understand completely. I drink on birthdays, christmas, new year and when we celebrate results. All in all not a lot. What did i do last night? I stayed in so i can't be locked up. It will be fine Miche, you need to rest, me too. Has anyone heard from Susan? the boys are having a ball they rang a few mins ago..

I'm here guys, don't worry - no hangovers here though we did hit the whisky until about 4 am :eek: watching absolute rubbish on TV - and eating rubbish too - still, there is none of that left in the house now

Anyway, had a long long lie in this morning - then brekkie in bed about 2 pm when Mr 3Dogs got up to take doggies out - then he let me sleep again till 4 pm while he watched the footie reports on Sky - we put the dinner on at half time in footie and it is now ready, just as results come in - good news Sunderland beat Bolton 3 - 0 :j :j :j

Anyhow, just gonna have our dinner so will be back soon

Sounds like Miche really enjoyed herself last night :eek: :eek: especially judging by her text after midnight :eek:
