An unexpected NSD for me as I've caught the lurgy and really couldn't face going out on the razzle this evening. Have arranged to meet up with friends on Friday instead

Almost went to the shops to buy foods to chear myself up, but made soup from veg I had at home, and a loaf in the breadmaker instead. Much nicer and a NSD to boot!

So that's NSD 4 :T

Decluttering

Not a NSD today, I bought my train ticket BUT since I've withdrawn the money for the tickets for the rest of the week so if I don't buy anything else in the day for the rest of the week, it will count as a NSD

Hello Everyone,

My first update... So far this month I have managed 5 NSDs.

I took £20 cash out on Friday and by this morning it was gone: £5 to my daughter for cleaning my car, £10 for my son to cover his bus fares for the week and £5 for my night out on Friday. The kids always get the lions share of my cash. But I'm doing not bad, I haven't bought my lunch at work once since I went back after Christmas.

5 NSDs and onwards and upwards! A friend tried to talk me into stopping out to the pub today, and my first thought was no!! I can't lose a day off my challenge! There's a turnaround, last month it would have been, just let me get my coat...
I think that must mean I'm not an alcoholic or a boozehound after all

thanks spoon may i ask how you manage to get so many nsd do you have a system and if so would you share it i'm sure lots of us would like to know especially the newbies the most i've done is 12 and that was 25dec to 5 jan
