I'd like to report NSD no 4 today, had my work lunch all packed up and did the big shop last night so nothing else needed today, plus I'm straight home from work so temptation won't factor
Spoon - just thinking on this as I seem to have more self control than I'd realised could you please raise my target to 10 and we'll go from there.
Thanks0 -

It depends on how you want to run your challenge, clc. If you class them as an essential spend (and most of us probably would, I think), and you're not including essentials in your challenge, then you can have an NSD.
You make your own rules to suit your circumstances. Have a look at BigMumma's post for some ideas/thoughts.
Hope you're OK.

Spoon - you're welcome for dinner any time!
It's a new recipe I'm trying, it was featured on the telly, and it took me abnout ten mins to make the marinade and I bunged the chick in this morning. Bythe time I get home tonight it'll be ready to fire on the grill pan. mmmmmmm;)

If it turns out well, would you mind posting the recipe, it sounds scrummy and quick and easy (that's what I like:D)

Thanks for all the lovely comments everyone. Dobey was looking a lot better yesterday. She managed to walk around a bit and eat a few slices of beef which she kept down, a vast improvement. She even wagged her tail at me when I got home yesterday so I was a very happy Lady.
I'm glad I'm now back and posting again. My new job is in town so there are lots of lovely shops which are trying to grab my attention. Today I am very pleased with myself as I walked to Mr As at lunchtime and only bought what was on my list. Result.
Life is knowing which bridges to burn and which bridges to build!
