Giigle-Fairy your soup sounds delicious, I'm going to give that a try.
esmer, well done on the loss. I got on the scales this morning at 11st.9lb and OH says he can see the loss already on my bum, so that's a bonus!! Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0 -

Go Wifey :j:j
I have found the perfect deterrent to snacking... a full length mirror on the wall opposite my kitchen door. OH put it up yesterday for me. It works!! If I come out the kitchen with a snack I look straight at myself and put it back in the cupboard...0 -

Hello ladies, well done to all who have a weight loss, however big or small.
I was wondering, does anyone have rheumatoid arthritis like me, and is trying to lose weight.
Im very limited to what exercise i can do.Is it possible to lose weight with only a small amount of exercise?
I have a lot of weight to lose...4stone at least. Im really struggling to lose any.
Any hints or tips ladies.

Hi everyone!
Haven been on here for such a long time - have been really busy. However, i am still following my WW plan and have lost 1 st 5lbs (i think!) :jCongrats to everyone who has lost weight over the last few weeks too! :T
I am starting to get bored of sandwiches for lunch tho, but just havent had the time lately to make food to take to work. But hopefully will start to get a bit more time to do things over the next few weeks.0 -
My mum has that problem Ilovepugs. She tends to eat very little due to her medication upsetting her stomach but doesn't lose weight because she's not eating enough. Her body thinks she's starving it and it hangs onto everything. My only suggestion would be to make sure you are eating the correct amount for your weight and exercise ability. If you want to work out your calories I've put the links below.
I would work out your BMR using an online calculator then once you have this you need to use this formula to work out how many calories you should be eating per day to maintain you weight. this link tells you how you reduce this healthily to lose weight.
It is possible:T0 -
Many Thanks PepPop,
That is exactly what my body thinks, i just dont seem to eat enough.I think my meds, are playing games with my body lol.
Thanks for the advice and links, i shall check them shortly. x0 -
