Would be brilliant to have somewhere to jot down my weight, and to get some motivation, I dont half need it!
I started my healthy eating a few weeks ago but didn't weigh myself, because I really wanted to go on dress size, even when I was a size 8 I weighed about 10st 5lb, but I think I need to do the weigh ins, just so I notice that I am loosing/gaining!
I weighed last Thursday at 12st 13 1/2lb, dress size 14/16 (meaning I stuff my size 16 into a size 14!!), and weighed myself again today, down to 12st 12 1/2 so good to see a loss, especially since I had my first (MAJOR!) slip ups this weekend, friday I had half a chicken biriyani, with some starters and naan, folled by 2 mojitos and a can of lager, eek! The next day I was quite good, up until my auntie came over, she sells supcakes and brought us samples, so I indulged in a coffee one with choc frosting, arghhh!
Even worse I am going to an all you can eat buffet on Sunday, means I'm going to have to be extra good this week! I Really want to go down to a size 10, although I would be very happy with a small size 12!
Good to see everyone on here is doing so well, hopefully it will kickstart my competitive attitude, more likely I will sit here stuffing my face while congratulating you!

Just to update with this mornings results -
Weight 30/3/11 - 16st 3lb
Weight 23/3/11 - 16st 5lb
Loss this week - 2lbs
Total Loss since June 2010 - 6st 3lb
I'm pleased with that.

Well done Blue Eyed Girl, your weight loss is so amazing its really inspiring! Looks like I will be missing my WI this week, which to be honest Im kinda glad about as Im sure Ive gained haha going to really hammer the exercising this week. Not really got in to a pattern yet which I think I need to. Just doing my wiifit whilst watching tv nothign too exciting. So this weeks target is to exercise thursday, friday, saturday, tuesday and then WI is wednesday eve. If I loose another pound I am down to the lowst weight I got to when I did WWs over 2 years ago so I will eb really glad with that milestone!0

Congrats on some super weight losses going on - or should I say coming off!. It's official today, I lost 1 lb this week. Been very good today, careful with my eating and lots of gardening, even if I do have to sit every few minutes to get my breath back it's good to be able to get outside after so long. Hope the long range forecast is right and we're going to have a barbeque Summer0

:T:T Well done sparrer on your 1lb loss :T:T Agree with you about getting into the garden even though i usually just do a bit of pottering. Tried to get the gardens as low maintenance as we can as we are starting to get on a bit :rotfl::D:rotfl:Hope that weather forecast comes up trumps - we could all do with some sunshine :cool:

Well I did my 30 mins stepping exercise today, so thursday= check!
Might try making spicey parsnip soup this weekend too. Just need to check the points value first and make sure its zero!

Hi Girls Sorry I've not been around for a bit either, I have still been trying (very trying my DH would say lol) got weighed this morning and my total loss now is 15lbs, just another 20lbs to go...... I am quite pleased with how its going cos I have gone down a size
and I'm back in my 14 tops and 16 trousers. I have still been having a few treats but no chocolate, I suppose the test will be on Sunday when its Mothers Day! We are out for a meal at my sons house and they know I'm trying to diet so hopefully it will be reasonably healthy.
A HUGE well done to all of you on your weight losses, even if you haven't lost anything yet well done for trying. Keep up the good work.
I will do my best to loose 4lb this month.
