Blue_eyed_Girl: ah HB thats where I meant, I always forget the new name! Thats where I buy them from. What did you think of them? Be careful when they are in the oven as they really do not take very long to cook and they will kinda still look 'uncooked' when they actually are ready! Best thing is to take them out a break a little off the first time. I overcooked them the frist time and they were rock solid haha
Well I had my first WI today and lost.... 2.5lb! Woohooo! So happy! Treated myself to a chippy tea so its back on plan tomorrow starting with 30 mins on the wii.
Kelda and Blue Eyed : Its not a gain and that is whats important. I am sure you will have lost inches this week rather than actually weight which overall is the most important thing
.
ANd well done on your loss Pep pop.

Oh poo, stayed the same at this morning's weigh-in. I blame it on the kitchen fitters, couldn't do anything while they were here so have had to sit down a lot for the past week or so
. They've gone now though and I love my new kitchen so much I hope I'll lose a lb or so keeping it clean and shiney

Just over 3lb for me this week - very pleased with that considering my chippy tea slip up earlier in the week! It's easier to get forgiveness than to ask permission0

Doesn't time fly when you're having fun - I'm back already. Had a really nice time but it just went by too quickly. Waistline probably couldn't have taken much more - nor the finances - but there again we don't really get a chance to eat out much at home.
Just sitting with a cuppa tea and washer on overtime - where does it all come from over a few days (didn't leave much before we left). Never mind it looks quite nice out - bright with a bit of frost.
Really went off the rails since Monday - will have to get back into it from today - dreading next weeks wi. Never mind the metabolism that needs a wee kick Pep its my bum now that needs it. Well done on your loss
I'm with you on the muscle thing kelda - although my muscle is still 'in hiding' - it may appear one day. Next week I might be pleased with a maintain rather than a huge gain. Oh well - time will tell.
Well done on your 2.5lb giggles - that's brilliant. Might try those cookies on Sunday (as my treat you understand).
You've probably done quite well to have stayed the same sparrer with all that has been going on around you. Good luck for next week and enjoy your new shiny kitchen.
Another great loss for you tranmererovers. You're having some great losses - well done. :T It must be 'chippy week' this week as we called at the chippy last night when we got back as it was easier and marked the official end of my over-indulgences.
Well just about finished my cuppa - will have to jump into the shower and then the washer will be ready for its next feed.
Good luck everyone.SPC NO 041STARTED SW 04/14 - TARGET 05/16 - TOTAL LOSS 10ST 3.5LBS :dance:0 -

Trying to get back into things. Think I must have really stretched my stomach as it seems to be taking more to fill it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Have been ebaying this afternoon - some of my larger items from when I started back in June last year. Taking advantage of the free listings weekend.:D
Off to gym in the morning for aerobics session.
Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend.SPC NO 041STARTED SW 04/14 - TARGET 05/16 - TOTAL LOSS 10ST 3.5LBS :dance:0 -
Just thought I would update you on the cookies giggles - yes I know you did warn me - took them out of the oven after no more than 11 minutes and they were really really well done and had totally stuck to tray despite being sprayed with oil. However all is not lost -managed to scrape them off with a palette knife and they are edible but have a texture more of a gingernut biscuit :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Had two throughout day - trying to undo any damage from last weeks break. I might have used up a few calories trying to get the tray clean
:D:D
Good luck everyone with your next weigh-ins

Hello all
I have kicked myself over the weekend and have got my motivation back and have started again *sighs* I have made a deal with OH and we are gonna do it together. He doesn't have weight to lose he just wants to get fitter but it means we can start running (walking) together and watch each other's diet. Onwards and downwards
