  • What's Zumba like then Susiecm3 and anyone-else who's been? Seen a few ads on TV for DVDs of it - looks like a bit of a party. Is it? What kind of age of people generally go to these classes?

Zumba is fantastic. Its like a workout/dance class all in one and I love it. In our class we have people of all abilities including a few oldies - I can highly recommend it - give it a whirl!!

Hi I would like to join too. I shall be doing Cambridge. I did it last spring for just 3 weeks (due to house move) and lost 13lbs, which I have since put back on although slowly

I shall weigh myself in the morning and update - waiting tho for my CDC to get intouch with a weigh in date - I shall not start the "diet" till the hoard go off to school and work on Tuesday. All the nice stuff with be gone then!!!!

I aim for 4-7 stones off. Its doable - but whether my willpower holds - that will be the test!

    Evening all

    2. We have been trying to concieve for 9 years with no success and I must get to a BMI of at least 35 in order to get fertility treatment on the NHS

The MOST important thing now is I want a child more than anything in this world, to hold a baby which will in time call me mummy.

    Sarah

That's a wonderful incentive. DH and I are going to try for our second child this year and I want to be much fitter and slimmer than I am now. I am hoping the thought of the future baby will spur me on whenever I feel like breaking my healthy eating :)

Pregnancy was always a great weight loss tool for me - I exited both pregnancies I have had over a stone lighter than when I got pregnant. I don't know why - but our family is complete now so no more babies for me. 2 Daughters is enough for me and dearest husband - or so he says lol.

Well I weighed myself before my shower and I am embarrased to say I weigh 17st 7.25lbs. Heaviest I have ever been including during pregnancy. So it HAS to come off. I am endangering my health here and need to do something about it. MY Cambridge CDC got in touch this morning and I shall be getting weighed by her on 3rd Jan so will start the diet that day and keep you all posted. Yes I know its not parctularly money saving to do this diet and certainly not OS but it is the only diet I have found that actually works for me! Wish me luck xxx

please sign me up.I needs to loose around 6 stone, I have a wii, I will weigh in every week and let you all know. I know that I am a lazy eater, background job was retail, and now I am in an office at my desk where eating is allowed throughout the day, i just seem to graze all day and not eat "food" if you know what I mean.I am a size 20 and being 5"4 not healthy.I have had fits and spats of wii exercise on the wii.I am the big 50 this year and want to be who I inside.I bought a merlin pass last year and havent used it to its potential as I have a horrible feeling that I wouldnt fit into the moulded seats of the rides. Thank You OP !!!! XX
