Oh dearie dearie me. I suppose I'd best join this, given that a size 18 coat was too small for me (4 sizes too small to be exact)
Plus - my "friend" who is not a "friend" anymore paid for a SW Countdown for me which finishes next week, and given that I've only been to about 3 of them haven't exactly got his money's worth. If I manage to go to the next class then I will have a propere idea of how much I weigh.
After that I'll also be using my Wii which was another "gift".

Can I join too please, I have also just joined the Losing weight & Wii fit thread. I started my healthy eating on Tuesday as I couldn't think of a good enough reason to put it off until Jan 1st. I need to lose 2.5 stone to get back to my ww goal weight. I will join in with the weigh in on the 5th even though I'm not going to ww classes I will be doing points as thats the only way which works for me.
While I'm typing this my DH is on the Wii and I cant stop laughing :rotfl:he's bl**dy useless, and keeps shouting at the telly:rotfl::rotfl:0 -

On my signiture I lost 2stone 7 but I know i`ve puit on, i can put 12lb on in a week due to underactive thyroid and no exercise.
I dont do exercise, was I would never walk again after accident. Well I walk but htats about it. And I dont walk far. Get tired easily and heart problems dont help, angina at 44......

Hi my name if Julie - and I am a fatty. :eek:
I haven't a clue what I weigh but I was a size 12 this time two years ago and now I'm a 22 ish....after vowing NEVER to buy 24 clothes again, so i'm squeezing into 22's pretending they still fit me. *blushes*.
My weight has gone up and down like a yo-yo since I left school - it really started when I had my own money and used to buy anything I wanted to eat - tonnes of Double Decker chocolate and bags of chips on the way home from work.
I've signed up to a new thing by Danona Activia TLC Plan - along the lines of the Kelloggs two week plan, but two weeks isn't enough, I need two years.:eek:
My mum and I want to go back to weight watchers but we both were weight watchers clerks for about 6 years so we are well known at the local ones, and it's a bit embarrassing going back fat!

Hi,
Well this year I lost some weight using Tesco Diets and it changes some of my eating habits for the better by including more fruit and veg and water that I have managed to keep going. I slipped back into chocolate, crisps and biscuit eating again and a bit more with this time of year
I also started exercising again this year and am up to 10k running (6miles). got there from 0 miles to 6miles in 6mths using couch 2 5k running podcast on i-tunes and now onto podrunner 10k. Next goal is to get to half marathon level by June 2011.
This trimmed me up some more in size wise but I justified what I ate as a result so not quite as trim as I would like!
Currently around the 74kg which is 11st 9lb and want to be at 67kg which is 10st 7lb
I am 5ft 6" and got down to a 31" waist which I think has gone up a couple of inches due to christmas, heavy cold and no running over the last couple of weeks
I think this thread will help me get back on track with more exercise and healthy eating eg more fruit and veg and drink water and cut back on chocolate, biscuits and pop

Ok. I'm here as well, but hopefully not for too long. Am in my 'healthy' range for height of 5ft6. Currently weigh 10st6lbs as of last night (SW weigh-in) but was 10st 3lbs a week before Christmas. Oh well. Hoping to be at my target weight of 9st7lbs or even less by mid-February!0

I need to lose about 4 stone in total, but need to get 2 stone off before beginning of March when I start IVF... Turning 40 this March too and have promised myself to be under 30 BMI by then....
I have a load of Cambridge Diet Shakes that I be starting back on tomorrow so will be hoping for good losses over the next few weeks!!
Will post starting weight tomorrow morning..being the 1st of the New Year!
P.S. I bought a pair of Levi 501 Jeans a few months back that are about 4 sizes too small that I intend to slim into...that will be my target size...those jeans!!

Definately need to lose weight, I'm apparently 44Kg overweight, but am aiming to lose 13 - 19Kg over this year. Am due to have an operation in 2011 and my consultant wants me to loose some weight beore she will do the operation.
See a dietician at the hospital, saw her at the begining of December and i was 82.8 kg. Due back on 17th January so hoping to have lost some weigh by then.
Do struggle with looseing weight due to being on HRT and having an underactive thyroid gland. Struggle with lots of exercise as suffer from asthma as well.
Heres hoping that 2011 will be a good year for loosing weight!:j rolo-polo1965 :j0
