Thanks. Doesn't make sense that you can't fit the order forms in!

I've always folded my order forms in half, find it looks a little neater and they get less dogeared and I can use them again.

  • I have always used the brochure bags, i probably order far too many of them, as keep misplacing them, and then finding them again! I have been sooo disorganised of late because of my medication levels having not been right! and the stresses of bills mounting up! (though they are getting sorted now so its been a weight and panic off my shoulders) and hey ho the other half has actually said he hasnt missed his skysports either pmsl. Thankfully ITV and ESPN have had the footage of the FA Cup games lol.

Last night I typed up a Price List for all the stuff i have here stored! I'm hoping the lady that asked if she could try and sell some of it to her friends works out well, I'll put a few brochures and samples in the box too. (like a party without the Rep, it feels very odd tbh)

I might also be getting a party booked by my Sister in Law. Shes not long had her baby and wants a girlie night. Pls Pls let it work out for me!

Can anyone give me some advise about putting the book through for pensioners? I had a couple today who said "there's nothing in there for us as nothing can make us look better looking" but I know them to say hello to (they're a few doors down from me) so didn't push them as it felt wrong, but did say that there is jewellery and gift things and if they wanted to have a look they only had to ask ;) I ask because there are lots of pensioners around here, and although I don't want to be taking their money off them, I figured if I could have them look at the jewellery and other gift sets for their families for gifts I could save them trips to the shops but I don't know how to "sell" it. :o

Well I best get the flyers sorted for putting books out tomorrow Think I'll juggle them a little though - and actually label the flyers as to what house I'm putting them through, I've had quite a few people not put their address down but tick that they want every other book, but with it being so dark I've not seen the tick until I've gotten home so don't know who done it :o I might have to take a torch with me tomorrow night :rotfl:

I've got quite a few pensioners on my territory and they seem to like the moisturisers and foot creams - maybe point those out or give them some samples if you have any?

With your flyers, I've seen some people put something along the lines of 'If you don't want to receive a book in the future please write your address here ................', maybe worth a try?

I have to say, generally that is the reason though why I don't ask people if they want a book or not, as they might say no outright, but if given the chance to flick through might find something interesting. Even if they don't order straight away its getting the products seen. I've found if people really don't want a book they'll make it known, either by leaving me a note or catching me as I collect the books, so then I strike them off my list. Everyone else is getting recanvassed every now and again incase they change their minds!

I'm doing the same as you, they will cave in eventually! ;)

I don't know why I haven't thought of doing this but will do in the future! thank you!

Just got the HT with my C4 delivery & there is a scented page for 'Love to the Fullest' perfume. It smells like paint!!!

Anyone else tried it yet? probably just me!

DOH! Nicki... rookie error! hahaha... thats why i said about the "no more books".. asking them to actually fill their address in themselves! Dont worry... all id do is put the next book through to them all and put a note blaming the rain or something and asking do they mind just letting you know again that they only want ever other book? When i pop down tomorrow i'll try show you my system... but collecting in the dark can be a pain! :)

Dont be getting too good at this though!! You'll be stealing my place in the area rankings!!!:eek::eek:

Damn you worked out my plan :p:rotfl:

Been out this morning to collect the missing books, I lost 2 books, put another 6 cards through saying I'll call tonight after 7pm and got another order putting me over £100 :D:j I know its a one off, as I can't see me getting £60+ orders from work every campaign as I'll miss at least 2 over the summer, unless people contact me with them ;)

I have more books to put out, and this time I've put the addresses on the top of the flyer and changed the style a little to highlight things ;) Hopefully I can be a little more organised this time :rotfl:I'm also not going to rely on DD to make the notes as her handwriting is terrible :o:rotfl:

newbeginnings - Thats what I tried and loads didn't even bother with that :(

Oh well, I'll put these books out later but right now I've just noticed the time and should really start getting sorted for work
