    Hello fellow Reps,

    Newbies Rep here *WAVES*

I just signed up today and already have a good few quieries to ask your expertize on.

    1. I was given 40 brochures and I have Carpol Tunnel Syndrome which makes it very painful to write details on order forms for 40 brochures. Is there an easier way of doing this? As I know some ppl have special stickers printed out but not sure how to do this.

you can buy a stamp from places like Lidl, 99p shop or Vistaprint. This means you just stamp your order forms or get someone to do it for you, save your poor hands and wrists. if you choose vistaprint, don't forget to go through a cashback site :D

    2. Realistically how much can I anticipate to make on my 1st campaign?

this will vary on how many f&f are buying from you, to how many customers you pick up on your round. My first time, I made £0, it took me 3 campaigns to start making anything. Others do well and can make upwards of £50 on their first campaign.

    3. I know loadsa ppl who would love to be Avon reps. Would I get a commision if I reccomended them?

speak to whoever signed you up. They may offer incentives, ie £5 voucher for every person you recommend to them for a sign up. Don't tell them first that you know people. Say is there any kind of reward for recommending friends, etc then hit them with the names D:

    Many thanks in advance.

    :hello: by the way

 and welcome to the Avon Team :D

As for your mates that want to be reps, why not become a Trainee Sales Leader and sign them up yourself for even better benefits :) Your SL will love you even more then ;)

Wish I knew loads of people that wanted to be reps, am currently struggling to find anyone :o

Good luck with your first order. x

  • I am in 407, who is your ASM? Mine is all the way up in Northampton!!! Apparently I am in a postal area!!! So typical as the border to the ASM that lives in Exeter (who I have met and is lovely) is just the end of my road

Mine's Donna, based in Barnstaple. Hmmm.... you must live out in the country somewhere. Also have a rep on my team in a postal area (not the same as you). Gather there are moves afoot to change the rules/regs re. postal areas but, as ever, 'watch this space'....

  • Lots of handy hints n tips i just picked up here! was possibly thinking of doing a Spend £15 and receive an entry to win a mystery prize, not sure how popular it might be, considering i didn't get any kind of response to my "Christmas raffle"

i went round yesterday delivering my books and one lady came out and said was she alright to put an order in from C3 she forgot to leave her brochure outside and everytime i went round she wasnt in, so ive said yes and taken her book im about to do it now but just wanted to check that i can put in this additional order and it wont affect my C4 orders wen i put them in?

    - what i mean is should i wait until i have all of my C4 orders and then put the additional order through?

It won't affect your C4 order but you will be charged £2.50 for the additional order. Or you can wait and put it in with your C4 order but she won't get her stuff till you get your C4 delivery.
  • Sorry if it's a dumb question but ... What's a 'postal area'

Angel Rachie - if you decide to become a Sales Leader and sign up your friends (have them in your team) you'll need to be placing an order of £148 or more before you can earn any money for being a sales leader. There are other targets you have to hit to earn your SL commission - but your personal order is something you can start working on now as a rep. Over your first few campaigns you'll get an idea of how much interest is out there, how many houses to cover etc... in order for you to reach £148. You'll also get to grips with everything else Avon-related so once you're signing people up as a SL you'll know from experience how it works.

Plus you could get your friends hooked on the products by being their rep for a while, so they'll want to sign up even more.
I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for. :( I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

:rotfl: I would understand if I lived out in the sticks somewhere but I live in the centre of Exeter :rotfl:
