  • Just doing my order for C2 (it's very poor!) and just wondering - the shampoo offer in HT4, are we only allowed one of each?

you will only need to pay tax if you owe tax ;) when you submit your first self employment statement, ensure you claim for ALL your expenses, Electric/Gas, paper, printer, books, bags, stationery, etc.

I have been doing Avon since October, will the tax office contact me when I need to submit my earns (not that its very much!) or will they contact me? (sorry i am at a loss when it comes to all this)

well got about £290 of orders in the end so pretty pleased, plus a lot of people ordered shower gels & hand wash which I had in so its cleared the conservatory out a bit!

Feeling a bit smug - went doing my usual posting on the local facebook for sale/wanted groups about avon - I had a lady message me earlier today asking for a book, I'd just assumed she'd seen my post - and noticed she'd posted on one of the groups asking for an avon lady, and one of my customers recommended me saying I'm lovely :)
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A

gigglerm, you need to register with Tax office, see first post, page 1 for details.

If you explain to them all new to you, etc, they will talk you through it, they are very helpful.

    hello ladies,
wonder if someone can help. i have a customer who ordered the inflatable kick boxing pillar form the clearance brochure campaign 18 for a christmas present. apparently you have to fill the bottom section with water to make it stand / stay up but shes contacted me today saying that she cannot see the hole to do this. does anyone else know of this problem or could it just be a faulty one i wonder. help would be much appreciated.

    Hi Ladies

A customer gave me an old lipstick as she couldn't see it in the brochure and her friend would like one.

Upon investigation it is an Ultra Colour Rich Mousse Lipstick in Metallic Skin .... and it was discontinued in Campaign 17 .... 2009!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

From what I can tell, the recommended alternative is the normal Ultra Colour Rich Lipstick but none of the old Bye Buys state which shade is replacing which?? There's also Metallic Ultra Colour Rich Lipsticks out now but I'm not sure which shade to recommend??

There are some available on ebay but obviously that's not ideal as they don't count towards my sales/can't be returned etc. I'm not sure what to do?? xx

they should have sent you a number to register online with, this is for your self assessment.

Did you receive it? They will also send you notification when your self asessment is due, and NI contributions.
