Will ahve to be putting C2's out for my C3 campaign cos C3s are out of stock, and cos i didnt think id be doing avon anymore hadnt ordered any, but not that id have got them, as other local friend had got sent C4 books instead!

If you are desperate I have some C3s... :) I can count them and try to work out what postage would be if you're desperate! They're all mint condition :)

MrsTine, I don't know if it would be possible to see an example of the Newsletter you send with your books!?

Also! The inconsistency of your deliver sounds absurd! Mine's been between 7.30am and 7.45am every time!

PM me your address and I'll send you my C3 newsletter :)

Today it arrived at about 13:30! After I'd given up and gone to get the car sorted! Thankfully next door let them in with my parcels lol

Annoyingly my scales are missing! GRRR Apparently I don't qualify - I KNOW I ordered the right codes but the nailvarnish is missing of my order? I've checked my personal check list and I ticked it as I was ordering and then double checked my order so that's really annoyed me! Have now called them and ordered both the nail varnish and scales... won't make a profit on those with the additional order cost but it's for a REALLY good customer so I'll just have to sulk about that :( Anyone know if they tend to be on the good side of the 5-7 days for delivery? :)

Apart from that nothing missing from my order! Whoop whoop! :T

  • Happy New Year everyone (belated I know). Have not been on here for aaaaaagggggeeees and have had to catch up from 22nd December. Wow!

Anyhow I just wanted to warn you all about something. I was inputting my C2 order last week, and some of my customers email their orders through. Anyway, I copied and pasted the product numbers into the Avon website and pressed 'search description' (or whatever it says - can't remember off hand) and it bought up what the product was as normal. I then saved order and carried on inputting. When I got to the end I had to go into my order to make an amendment and found that none of the items I had copied and pasted had saved. I thought this was really strange as it had bought up the descriptions so it's not like the site hadn't recognised the numbers. Normally I am guilty of not checking again once saved, so this could explain a lot for me about missing items. I'm sure you are all super efficient at checking but just wanted to let you know in case there was anyone like me who didn't usually!

One of my team members also got confused by the scales offer too. I rang SL helpline for her and they sent it on for her. Assumed they'd do it without the additional £2.50 charge but now you've mentioned it I'd better check that.

As for the leadtime, whenever I've asked for an 'immediate' replacement it's always taken at least a week (sometimes it's just quicker to add onto your next order!) Good luck.

On a completely unrelated note, if anyone wants to add me on facebook, search for "Laura Avon" / email addy LaurasTeam@myavon.co.uk ;)

  • Hopefully things are now picking up after Christmas. Just collected in approx. 18 books from my 'stragglers' i.e. people, who don't order very often. I starved them of a book over Christmas/New Year but gave them a book (back campaign) early for C4 (delivery date 4 Feb) and got 9 orders. :j OK, one's only for £1.20 :rotfl:but means I've hit MOV on C4 before it's even started as my C3 delivery's not due till later this week.:)

Whilst I had to put my books out in the rain on Sunday (was a shall I/shan't I type decision) it was a lovely day here today so really enjoyed getting out and about for a bit of exercise, which is why I really started doing Avon in the first place.

Hope everyone else's campaigns start to pick up now too.

I have just put my books out for the otherside of the road I was doing (its a big road) and my road. In the end I actually got 6 people out of 37 houses saying they wanted a brochere again so thats great! I have only been given C2 and C3 to start with so should I give out C4 next time?
Only got two orders for C2 though and they are from F&F, still it's better than nothing I guess :S

    Hello all :)

Well having a break from Avon over Christmas was the worst thing I could have done, I can't get my backside in gear again! hehe

I missed C2 (Apart from a couple of bits for me), got a couple of orders from girls at work for C3 and now am prepping books to finally get my poor customers ordering again (fingers crossed being starved of Avon will make them really keen!!).

Before Christmas returned a load of my outstanding returns, C2 invoice had been recharged for a couple. No problem I thought, emailed Avon & they said they'd checked my returns & so would refund the recharge....C3 invoice arrives & everything in the box has now been recharged, including those that were supposed to be coming off! And charged for a bag despite their being a letter apologising its OOS forever! grrr so thats over £70 that Avon owe me, imagine if it was the other way around they would soon be knocking on my door.

So one firm email later & I'm hoping they sort it out ASAP! I don't mind paying £1 off my bill to get the credits through the system but I just wish they could get their act together some days!

    Ahhh sorry for ranting!

I hope you all had lovely Christmases & are having a good start to the new year :)

Thats very kind of you, but theres no real point to be honest i skipped most of my customers with 2's anyway so i'll just get 2s out and see how i go, and put 4s out when they get delivered week friday!
