Good morning I'm afraid that I have been rather lax here lately but wanted to check that everyone knew this.
We now have to pay £2.50 postage and packing for additional orders. I may well be the last to find out about this but after querying the charge Avon confirmed it was correct.
A bit miffed as I haven't been charged before and it's hard enough to make money in the first place.
Anyhoo, off to catch up on all the Avon gossip and will make more of an effort to keep up with the thread.
Have a good weekend.0 -

I thought there was always £2.50 on additional orders?
Our greatest weakness lies in giving up; always try just one more time0 -

Recent charges have been introduced for small orders (under £10), and ordering on a paper order form.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

I'm not sure how Avon are supposed to see in advance whether that will happen or not. If the upliner doesn't do her job as a Rep then she'll eventually lose her team that way, but beyond that you can't (and shouldn't in my view) do anything really. If AC helps the problem - and gives customers visibility of better Reps / SLs, then I'm all for it.
Didn't suggest Avon should be psychic but ineffective/'coasting' SLs harm both their up and downlines. Avon must be aware of this and AC may be helpful to some but am really hoping it's not their idea of 'an answer' i.e. rather than get involved to ensure effective training. When companies offer franchises (not far removed from the Avon system), they still keep an eye on things from afar via mystery shopping etc. Yes, AC is a start but really hope it's not considered a 'cure-all'.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)
