By the planet spa facial packs do you mean the one they did at Xmas with the mini sachets in?

Yes. They sold them at about £2.25 cost price a few campaigns ago. I then split them and put some in with my customer orders. It worked really well, and the customers loved it.
Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???

Hi, hope everything is going well. Had a terrible C13, but by the sounds of it I wasn't the only one. C14 is looking much more promising.

I phoned Avon on the 10th as soon as I noticed a couple of things were missing from my order. They put it through as an order correction and for a while it has been showing as 'Prepared.' Does this mean that it could have been sent out and on its way? Avon said it would be here in 5-7 working days and I told this to the customer, so I really hope it shows up tomorrow!

I would be inclined to phone them and chase it. If they haven't marked it as an immediate replacement/ correction it won't come very quickly. When I have chased it up, it has always appeared.

Hi, i just wondered if anyone had a copy of the printable returns form i could have?

I have quite a few products to return & would rather put them all in one parcel rather than split them up into several.

I have ordered one but the courier comes tomorrow & i want to return the goods with him.

    Many thanks

    xx

Phoned Avon to chase it up and got the response 'Most probably you shall receive it shortly':wall:

Great idea! Never thought of splitting the packs before, shall keep an eye out for products like that!

  • Hi guys!

Apologies in advance if this is a stupid question! Am feeling rather thick today!

But i've been thinking about starting avon for a while now as I was made redundant a month ago & need something to do more than anything! Also can't get any money from JC as only worked part time (but that's a completely different rant!) so every little helps. Also been reading all of your posts and you've all got such fab ideas!

Anyway, I used the online apply form today to join, as i don't know any SLs in my area (havn't lived here long) and when i clicked the submit button nothing happened, the page refreshed but it just went back to my form, i was expecting a confirmation of some sort? But it also says at the top not to click the submit button more than once - so i don't want to click it again just incase it did go through? Other than just waiting to see if anyone contacts me I cant think of anything? If anyone could help i'd be really grateful, don't really want to get it wrong before i even start!! Lol.

    Sarah :)

It won't be the end of the world if you send off the form again online. The info goes to an ASM (employee of Avon).

Try using Internet Explorer if you weren't already? I use Chrome and don't have problems with the site, but maybe the browser had something to do with it?
I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for. :( I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Or try googling your town name and the word avon - that should bring up the details of some local SL that you could contact :)

  • Thanks for your help! I tried the googling thing with no luck - ended up with lots of nonsense about stratford upon avon!!
Have submitted the form again & got a confirmation this time! I have a feeling it didn't like the fact i'd not put a space in my postcode!

So i am now waiting for someone to contact me. Am looking forward to hopefully getting back into it now.. i used to do it with my sister a while back. :)
