Had done the email thing twice! lol But balance still not adjusted and order due tomorrow. If they hold the order, then I will go mad!

Provided your a/c balance is below £20 then your order should not be held.

Sounds like you are having too many probs though - can you get your upliner to contact Avon for you? SLs get an English speaking person to talk to (well there is the odd 'token Scot' too... :rotfl:) but it's much easier for them to sort for you than for you to ring Fastrack. (Incidentally, the last time I told the SL Helpline how 'carp' the rep's helpline/fastrack was, I was told that I was 'being unfair'! Maybe more reps should email Avon and complain and then the message may get through?)

My C13's pretty poor, got a few regulars on holidays though.

Have you tried emailing them, think the email department is based in England somewhere, not sure though but they always seem to understand better than the call centre.

Someone did tell me last year that C13 always tends to be a 'bad one' but whether that's true or not, have no ideas. Certainly, hasn't been brilliant for a lot of people.

Good suggestion re. emailing:T - even that sometimes takes a few attempts but at least you can highlight the bit that's been missed/misunderstood.

Only other option, guys and gals, is to get to PC or become a SL! It's worth it, honest, if only to get someone on the end of the helpline, who understands you! :rotfl:

C 13 was not a good one for me. Wasn't as if my customers were on holiday either.

These figures are looking just at territory customers (I like to compare how I stand up against what Avon expects).

Anyway, I noticed the customers went up, down, up.

    C11 - 36
    C12 - 24
    C13 - 34

The total sales went up, down, half-way back up.

    C11 - 450
    C12 - 294
    C13 - 369

And the average spend per customer barely changed :D

    C11 - 12.50
    C12 - 12.27
    C13 - 10.86

These figures are from a more settled period (I haven't worked any new streets since C9/C10).
I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for. :( I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

I've decided that I will probably give up Avon. I'm not making anything really, maybe the odd £20 here and there, clearly I am doing something wrong. The only thing that makes me reluctant to stop is a I have a few really good customers but not sure if its worth it just for them. Also I do love the bargain handwashes, shower gels and shampoos but does that make it worth doing?

Also I have been made redundant, and doing Avon may affect me being able to claim maternity allowence as I don't think I will be able to get another job now as nearly 5 months pregnant so it's in my interests really to give it up.

Not much point to this post really, not sure where to post it really.

Have you tried ebay? (obviosuly once you've exhausted buying it from Avon).
I think there is some on there albeit in the US.

I have yes, and the Facebook discontinued stock.
Thanks for the suggestion. I'll keep looking for her and in the meantime will order a couple that may be similar.:)

Oh dear, glad you posted. Sure we can help with a few suggestions. To get the ball rolling....

    * why not become a Personal Rep +/- become a F&F rep so you can still look after your good customers?
    * just do alternate campaigns? (Your good customers hopefully will appreciate being kept in touch but without the 'pressure' to order every campaign.)
    * Sorry to hear you're being made redundant, no ideas how Avon will impact on that but have heard it can help in certain instances i.e. re. hours worked -v- income....

Hopefully others will have some suggestions too - good luck.

Thank you for your suggestion MC :)
How do you become a personal rep? Alternate campaigns sounds a good option too.
Ive not looked into it yet but because MA is for people who are either self employed or people who aren't entitled to maternity leave that in doing Avon makes me self employed and thus I may not able to claim MA if I am still doing Avon and as it stands I will be a heck of a lot better off getting MA than the pittence I get from Avon.
I don't realy have anyone to talk to as my SL hasn't been in touch since early feb when I had a problem with an order, I don't know if this is normal or not but I thought part of the SL role is to support their reps continously, maybe I was worng in thinking this.

Get in touch with your sl Hun, that's what they're there for. I email my team every campaign, however pretty sure most of them don't bother reading it, have a facebook group to which i think most ignore too so sometimes i do wonder if theres much point, but i know a few appreciate it so I carry on. Anyway, point is If they dont let me know otherwise i assume they're fine, I can't read minds and if i was forever asking if they were ok, i think theyd ignore me In anycase lol. If you don't get in touch shell think that you're gettig on fine. It's easy to become a personal rep, nothing needs changing regarding your account, just let you sl know you don't need your territory. You'll still Get the cheap HT prices as that doesn't depEnd on mov/Hov :)
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A

Thanks Lozza, I didn't think of it like that. I'll drop her an email once I have figured out what I am going to say!
