just received an email being asked to try their hair dyes for free. Not bad, perhaps i should try it as i dont normally dye my hair
Accept the offer - it only asks you a few questions and one of them is something like "Will you use this yourself or give to someone else to try?" Win/Win! :jMake the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Hi
does anyone know if theres a printable mail plan with delivery dates sheet and a map with area's on.
so I can plan my prospecting better rather then just pot luck on mail plan and delivery's.
as just got two more reps to find out they will not earn in this campaign.(5 days to get orders)not enough time so put them on next campaign.
if I could find a sheet I can target areas were they will fit the delivery dates and orders.
Information re. Mail Plan Order/Delivery dates is on your website. (I normally print this off and give to my TSLs.) Haven't come across a map though - good idea! Why not suggest it to Avon?Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Personally I don't do them but why not start one yourself i.e. by offering up suggestions? Sure others will contribute once you've started the ball rolling.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

I don't do newsletters either because I find the brochure does a good job of highlighting its best deals. In C13 I sold lots of Sugar Lime Mojito Footworks things from the back page, one campaign several people ordered an Anew lipgloss because there was a full-page close-up of someone's lips (they all ordered the shade she wore).
An alternative would be a blog/website - just don't put Avon in the URL. I'm using Blogger at the moment but I'm laying it out more like a website. It's more as a place to go to for information about products (because they're not always given a full description in the book) rather than deals specific to each brochure.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Afternoon all,
I was wondering if anyone could help me with a little issue I’ve got.
My main order was due on Monday just gone, And although it arrived, some of the items was missing, Which caused a slight delay in my delivery.
I contacted my affected customers, Only to be told that they are both due to leave for their summer holidays.
One has left on Tuesday evening just gone & the other on Thursday. They are now away for 2 weeks & I’m stuck with wanted order’s, But my account is soon due for payment.
I’m still without the missing items - These are apparently due on Wednesday but this is no good for me, Because I Haven’t got anyone to deliver too!
My partner isn’t due his wages yet, So we cant cover the cost, So I was wondering if anyone has been in this situation before & what the outcome was?
I’m reluctant to contact the call centre again, As on the last few occasions I have been left very confused & in fairness they cant understand me, As I cant with them!
Can I email?
Many thanks!Future goals:

Hi, don't worry, this is easily dealt with.
Irrespective of whether you think your customers will still want their orders or not when they get back from holiday, apply for credit on your website for their items i.e. as if you are going to return them. Deduct the nett amount from what is due on your Account balance and just pay Avon the balance. Wait until your customers return and if they do still want their orders, hand them over and then pay Avon the balance you deducted previously. When the goods do not arrive back Avon will recharge these to your account so if you do your sums correctly your A/c balance will go back to zero.
Hope that helps rather than confuses.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Have got a friend looking to replace an old Avon lippy.
The colour is Crushed Rose and it looks to be one that had the moisturing centre.
Would anyone know if this colour is still available, or if not, one that is similar please?
Thanks so much.0 -

Hi,
I have the Crushed Rose in my tester kit (so whilst it's not a great help, it's a start!). Looks like Avon have replaced that range of lippy with their Pro Colour & Gloss Lip Duo. The Blossom (item no. 22426) looks pretty similar in the book but sorry, I've no personal experience.
I tend to use that sort of colour lippy too and my absolute fave range at the moment (also now being discontinued...) are the Ultra Colour Rich Cool Bliss lipsticks. They have peppermint crystals so make your lips tingle slightly but they taste lovely. They're in the C14 clearance book p15 @ £3.50 each. I tend to wear the Violet Ice (patted down with a tissue as it's a bit on the dark side), then Pink Freeze on top (mainly on the bottom lip as it's lighter so makes your lips look fuller), finished off with the Vanilla Lip Balm 'Diamond' shade to both upper and lower lips. (The lip balm means you don't leave lots of lippy on glasses/cups too.) All three together, believe it or not, are actually pretty close to the Crushed Rose you're looking for. :T Yes, know it sounds like a right cocktail but see they're also offering Frozen Berry, which may be OK on it's own. Why not suggest your friend orders all three and then she can mix 'n match to get the exact shade she likes.
Hope that helps.
PS: Just found a Frozen Berry in my stock and it's nothing like - that's more peachy than pink. Have also just realised what a solid colour the Crushed Rose is but all the Cool Bliss ones are more transparent. Depends whether your friend applies it heavily or just lightly because the shade really changes. If she wants a more 'full on' colour, suggest she tries the Mega Impact range.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)
