just received an email being asked to try their hair dyes for free. Not bad, perhaps i should try it as i dont normally dye my hair

does anyone know if theres a printable mail plan with delivery dates sheet and a map with area's on.
so I can plan my prospecting better rather then just pot luck on mail plan and delivery's.
as just got two more reps to find out they will not earn in this campaign.(5 days to get orders)not enough time so put them on next campaign.

if I could find a sheet I can target areas were they will fit the delivery dates and orders.

Sorry for the wrong info regarding to start up fees earlier
In C12 I placed lots of 3 for £10 suncream orders. On one customers order I had forgotten one of her 3 creams so there was an odd number of sun creams, therefore they not been included in the offer. However........the two that I have been charged full price for on my invoice aren't the two I have got left, the other customers have all paid £10 for their creams.....I have tried searching for credits but the two creams I have got to send back are coming up as being part of the offer and therefore only worth £3.33 in credits.......this is going to leave me out of pocket. I hope you are following this!! Does anybody know what to do?!

Whenever I have had a similar problem I have just emailed Customer Services and they have always been really helpful and also reply usually the same day. Sorry I couldn't be any more helpful than that.

This made my brain hurt! Not very with it this morning! OK. Firstly, what have you told your customer who hasn't had her order?
Does she still want hers and you get her the missing one?
Then I think I can tell you how I would do it!

Well, I realised straight after I'd placed my order that one was missing so I called my SL and she was fab and put all 3 creams onto her order for me So the customer has her order....I'm just left with these two random creams haha! I will try contacting customer services as cheltenhamgal suggested

Hi all! I've been advised in my other thread to try here as a last ditch attempt! Does anyone, by any slightest chance, know where we can get hold of some skin so soft mega quickly in the manchester/stockport area? We were let down by Avon (they admit this and have apologised but can't help!) and need some for our Hol!

Which Skin So Soft are you looking for? Also, when do you leave?
