There is a new entry live on my money saving blog so it would be much appreciated if anyone could find the time to hit my home page or make a comment, every little helps only 3 weeks left now until the end.

Hmmm... Good luck with that then. Won't be easy unless your ASM's got time to support you certainly in the early days on a one-to-one basis.
Sure you'll be great supporting your own team (once you've got them) but it can be difficult getting the leads for potential new reps to recruit. ASMs are in a brilliant position re. leads though (everyone, who applies direct to Avon in your area will be sent as a lead to your ASM). Just depends whether they do the appointments themselves or if/how they share them out. (Without my upline SL I would not have qualified even though I had five potential reps lined up before I decided to be tagged as TSL....)

Only guessing, but sounds like if you did have a SL originally they will have given up and their team has, therefore, rolled up to be 'tagged' direct to the ASM. Not important but just thought I'd mention in case you were thinking that you may at some point be under a 'new SL'.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

I think the trouble with people finding a rep through connects is that it just brings up all reps within a certain distance, and there isn't much order to how they are displayed - ie isn't the closest, and as far as I can make out, nor is it the most successful reps (in case avon ranked us in terms of our order size, so that in theory the most successful reps will give new customers the best service) - I set my cat up on connects, and neither me nor my partner showed up anywhere near the top of the list for reps in the area!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

I’ve only just found out, that in order to qualify to receive customer leads from Avon (where a customer has gone onto Avon Connects, and registered their interest in receiving a brochure from a Representative), you need to:
Be registered ordering online
Place a minimum of 2 orders in the last 3 campaigns
Have a Sales Activity of £500 or more in the last 3 campaigns (£500 across 3 campaigns, not £500 in each campaign!)
Have a Length of Service of 5 or greater
Opted in to receive Customer Leads
Have no debt with Avon
Have accessed Avon Connects within the last 7 days
