MC - you're a complete star!!!
Just found my customer (using you're suggestion) and sent her a 'sorry for the delay...' email.
Why are Avon giving us wrong instructions as to how to find them? Blurry Avon.
Chazolate - I'm also getting a spate of recharges. Nothing for years then about 4 in a row. They always mysteriously 'locate' the items when presented with the delivery code. Mmmmm......
You're v welcome. Hope they do email you back; I've been trying to make contact with a supposed 'new customer' for three weeks now - nooo ideas why they quote an email addy they never bother checking and don't leave a contact tel no!
Incidentally, don't think we even had this facility until Avon changed the website in May (could be wrong on that though) so am puzzled how when I did finally find it that I had 'new customers' going back to February!
As for recharges, I get them occasionally but not often; even though they're easily credited back with a phone call it's an unnecessary hassle so hope you get it sorted, Chaz.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Re-charges - if they're happening a lot I'd be thinking it was the courier company at fault rather than Avon. I've had 1 re-charge in a year - and that was clearly Avon's fault because they credited half the contents of the box but not the rest. And a bit my fault maybe because I did 2 separate returns and put the sheets in the same box - so I do everything in one go now. Apparently the couriers return things when they're ready to (have a shipment big enough) so if they hang onto things for too long they're not with Avon and you go over your time limit.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.
I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

When I search for a local rep on connects, I don't show up? Is it because my sales aren't high enough ? Surely that shows I need more customers :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Small business owner 🧵 Ex MSE comper 🏆 Student loan repayer 💴 Romanian dog rescuer 🐕 Hopefully a cost of living survivor 🤞🏻0

crikey, I'm putting in my order for stock for my charity avon event (for the retired greyhounds trust, random I know) and I'm already at almost £200! Does everyone think for stall and things like that it's best to stick to bath and body things, rather than makeup? I can't decide, just trying to take advantage of as many offers as possible...
Our greatest weakness lies in giving up; always try just one more time0
