    See IG has replied but the brochure prices are always listed on your order page of your website so you don't have to worry about remembering.

    Incidentally, if you don't order any brochures Avon will include one with your order @ a cost of 55p; it is, however, returnable for credit under code 55 ;)

  • Why oh Why do Avon make it so hard to find anything on Connects. I very rarely go on there as its so complicated. I received an email last night saying that I have a new customer - so I follow the instructions and go to "My Groups" and there are no customers there ! grrrrrrrrr

    TBH have no ideas about SLs switching but guess Avon will 'have the last word' if they deem it worthwhile.... as for reps switching teams, there is a 'sneeky' way. ;) Can't post in open forum for obvious reasons but PM me with your email addy and I'll gladly point you in the right direction.

    Sorry, peeps, seem to be doing an awful lot 'off-board' but if you've ever Googled your own username then you'll understand why..... :o

    Do i need to address my returns package or is the returns lable all that they need? sorry this is my first return.

  • If you are returning it with the driver who drops off your delivery then all you need on the parcel is the returns label with the barcode on it :)

    You will also need to put a copy of the returns form in your parcel and then leave the other copy for the driver to sign for 'proof' of your returns.

    i never actually see him, he always comes before i am out of bed. I have put everything in a clear plastic wallet ready for him to hopefully see when he leaves the delivery for me. Thanks

    I had exactly the same problem. Have never managed to track my customer down. Very very annoying. Makes us look unprofessional .....

    I would say that is better than the smart start items as the anew products worth far more. I acheived the HOV for my third an fourth campaigns and received the document holder, 5 pens and a few perfume samples no exactly a huge reward obviously better than nothing, would have preferred some Anew goodies though, so well done you. :)

    Takes a while (am still struggling with AC too - much prefer this thread! :j) Anyway, to find your customers, go to your own Avon website and there's a drop down box - your website is slightly different to mine as I have 'My Own Office' and 'My Team Office'. The Customers appear under the former but check your drop down box where you do your own Order Tracking and hopefully it will be the last item.

    If you still can't find 'My Customers' listed anywhere near there, repost and I'll get one of my reps to check exact directions for me.
