I've now got enough "likes" on my page to be able to create a username for it (I assume so that it's easier to search for??) - however you can only create a username ONCE - so I need to get it right first time!

I'd like it to have our town name in...

Will you never, ever move from that town ?

Had a reply from Avon today, it was because some credits took me below MOV :(
Never mind, can't complain as have had full size Anew products with every delivery so far :rotfl:

Well done, yes as you've discovered whilst Avon allow your discount based on your order value level, they use your nett sales value for all other things.

Enjoy your serum and the rest of your freebies.

PS: Make sure you hit HOV in your 5th and 6th campaigns (taking into a/c your returns) - the vanity bag is well worth having. :j

Nope this is where we live, when/if we move it won't be far. If we moved that far away then I'd just make a new page and start again saying as I'd have to take on a new territory.

Why is it that every return I do is recharged? I follow the correct procedure and I make sure I give my delivery driver the returns as soon as he drops off the next order. I have had enough of emailing them every three weeks when I see my invoice. What is the point in having a returns procedure that simply does not work? Is it just me this is happening to every single time?

Is it REALLY every time or does it just seem that way? If it really is then there's deffo something wrong somewhere. The occasional eroneous recharge does happen but certainly shouldn't be every time. You sure you're doing everything correctly i.e. printing two forms off (one in the box, one signed/receipted by the driver, which you keep) both quoting your name, a/c no. and bar code label no, with the relevant bar code returns label on the box? If so, ask your upliner to look into this for you - it's easier for them to get an answer from their SL Helpline than for you to carry on like this.

Yes it really is every time, I have the invoices to prove it lol. Yes doing everything correctly. I know I will be recharged, so I make sure my copy of the returns form is properly filled out, signed and to hand! As soon as I email them the barcode number they recredit it. Good idea I will see if my SL can look into it.:)

Takes a while (am still struggling with AC too - much prefer this thread! :j) Anyway, to find your customers, go to your own Avon website and there's a drop down box - your website is slightly different to mine as I have 'My Own Office' and 'My Team Office'. The Customers appear under the former but check your drop down box where you do your own Order Tracking and hopefully it will be the last item.

If you still can't find 'My Customers' listed anywhere near there, repost and I'll get one of my reps to check exact directions for me.

    MC - you're a complete star!!!

Just found my customer (using you're suggestion) and sent her a 'sorry for the delay...' email.

Why are Avon giving us wrong instructions as to how to find them? Blurry Avon.

Chazolate - I'm also getting a spate of recharges. Nothing for years then about 4 in a row. They always mysteriously 'locate' the items when presented with the delivery code. Mmmmm......
