I qualified ASL last campaign and then one of my SL's had 3 of her reps leave which meant she didn't qualify and now I'm back to SL again from next campaign - must a record of the shortest time as ASL! :rotfl:
Are you going to LYD?
Hi, oh dear.... sounds v much like 2 steps forward and 1 back - bad luck. Yes, should hopefully make ASL in C13 but my upliners (2) were hoping that we'd all go up a notch in time for LYD. Hey ho, Avon are really strict about qualifying for the next level. Yes, am going to LYD this year - my first time - you been before?

Yes it certainly does feel like that LOL but onwards and upwards. Unfortunately the SL in quesrion has also decided she would prefer being a rep again, which is def a good thing for her as I know she was struggling time-wise but it means I now have an uphill mission ahead of me to qualify as ASL again.
That's a shame that you didn't qualify in time for LYD but at least you know you should this time round :T
Yes it will be my first time as wellIt's going to be interesting though as I have no upline (I was signed by the ASM) and my downline had only just joined AVON when the tickets were released so I won't actually know anyone there! I'm sure it will be fine though and it would be great to meet up if you don't mind x

"Avon does specifically reserve the right to authorise or require a Sales Leader to move from one team to another if Avon, in its absolute discretion, determines that there are exceptional circumstances which result in such a move being necessary or desirable."
Hi MC,
This is very interesting, how does this work and is it really possible?

Good luck getting your next TSL qualified. I seem to have been v busy but now ground to a halt.... :rotfl:
As for LYD Of course I don't mind. Guess you'll be on your ASMs table then? Mmm... wonder who you're sharing a room with? PM me so we can exchange email addy's and make direct contact.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

TBH have no ideas about SLs switching but guess Avon will 'have the last word' if they deem it worthwhile.... as for reps switching teams, there is a 'sneeky' way. Can't post in open forum for obvious reasons but PM me with your email addy and I'll gladly point you in the right direction.
Sorry, peeps, seem to be doing an awful lot 'off-board' but if you've ever Googled your own username then you'll understand why.....Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Thank you, it will be September now when the kids go back to school and I start properly recruiting again, but hopefully won't be too long again before I qualify.
Unfortunately ASMs are not invited to LYD, which is a shame as I have a really fab one, so bar a couple of lovely ladies I met briefly at the Cheltenham training earlier this year I won't actually know anyone  Bit scary but I'm told it's an amazing event. I'll PM you now and hopefully we can meet up.0 -
Hi I have just joined Avon and can't find any info about brochure prices. I messaged my upline on Friday to ask but am still waiting for an answer.0

Avon in e-mail addresses - I've read a couple of statements from Avon on this (passed on via links on Connects from SLs), but one was "Guidelines for Sales Leaders" and another had wording similar to, "As a sales leader, you must not use the word Avon in the following..." Everyone who was saying they'd seen an official document from Avon on this issue was a SL, and the wording was always directed at SLs. It didn't say "you must make sure all reps in your team also do this".
I'm a rep and haven't had any e-mail, message on the e-suite, or anything else telling me reps have to remove the word "Avon" as well - that's since C14 of 2010 when I started. I'd ring my ASM and ask but I'm not sure what's going on there are the moment.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Your first 15 brochures cost £4.86
If you order any more they cost 50p for a pack of 5.
That's only if you're buying packs of the same brochure (i.e. all brochure 14, or all brochure 15).
We have a choice of 3 brochures to buy from. We can buy none if we're already stocked up, just the one type, or a mixture of all 3. Buy all your copies of each brochure in one go, because if you buy some brochure 14s in one campaign, and then buy some more brochure 14s in the next campaign, you'll be charged the higher price for the first 15 books in each separate order.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They can't stop you having them. Avon is a place, they have no legal monopoly on the word. Their logo, yes, but not the word. I have an email that contains avon, and they can shove it if they think I'm re-printing everything because they have come up with this genius plan. They haven't got a leg to stand on, and yes, I would take them opn over this
It's not like we have .....@avon.com after all.
I too have an email address with the word "Avon" in it and will not be printing any more cards etc0
