They can't stop you having them. Avon is a place, they have no legal monopoly on the word. Their logo, yes, but not the word. I have an email that contains avon, and they can shove it if they think I'm re-printing everything because they have come up with this genius plan. They haven't got a leg to stand on, and yes, I would take them opn over this It's not like we have .....@avon.com after all.

I didn't think you can change SL/ASM unfortunately. Apologies if I am wrong but I'm sure the e-guide says that once you are signed up by someone that person will remain your upliner unless they leave AVON in which case you would then be moved to your SL's upliners team.

The only way you can get a different upliner is by quitting AVON and then rejoining 8 campaigns later.

See where you're coming from but it's taken me two years of hard graft to build my Avon business to where it is at the mo and am deffo NOT going to risk it. Each to their own and all that though.

I agree, at the end of the day AVON will have looked into the legalities of it and wouldn't impose something they can't legally enforce. Like MC I'm not willing to risk my business over it

Yes, strictly speaking you are quite right. In certain circumstances it IS possible though and actually if you're a SL it's in the small print that Avon reserve the right to switch you to another team if they deem it necessary i.e.:

"Avon does specifically reserve the right to authorise or require a Sales Leader to move from one team to another if Avon, in its absolute discretion, determines that there are exceptional circumstances which result in such a move being necessary or desirable."

You're v welcome but actually I didn't read it at all; my own upliner copied me in with a few documents when I failed to qualify as ASL this time (we both thought I had but she dug deep to find out why not).

Bad luck on not qualifying this time, sounds like you are on track for this campaign though?

I qualified ASL last campaign and then one of my SL's had 3 of her reps leave which meant she didn't qualify and now I'm back to SL again from next campaign - must a record of the shortest time as ASL! :rotfl:
