Thanks Missminx and MC for responses to 'dementia' customer. They were very helpful. Always good to get another perspective..
Brochure 12 Alert
Page 95 - 3 for £10 Suncreams.
Please note the small print at the bottom of the page, as 2 of these are NOT included in the offer. I was about to get caught out as were several other on the Avon Connects Discussion Group which is where I was alerted to this.
You're v welcome, J, and thanks for the alert. Not much chance of my customers seeing that! Half the time am not sure they even have the same book as me! :rotfl:Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Thread seems to have gone quiet.
So I thought Id say my latest experience.
I gave our a sample of the new Mystique Treselle Perfum with the Campaign 11 brochures, I only have 20 actual customers and 2 ordered it at £7 a pop.
So I broke even but at least my other customers got a nice sample each to keep them interested.
I also gave away a free gift with my C10 orders mostly Shower gels.
One customer order 8 different ones afterwards as they were half price in C11Joined Avon : 13/04/2011 C8 £168.98 C9 £270.99 C10 £237.65 C11 £227.27 C12 £299.97 C13 £298.50 C14 £308.14 C15 £347 C16 349.09 so Far0 -
Hi Ladies
One of my customers has asked for Avon Care Hand Cream Intense Protection for hard working hands with silicone & beeswax 75ml, I can see it in the sale book in C15 for 99p but I'm only on C11 at the minute so that's a while off. So I was wondering a) if the silicone glove hand cream in the brochure is the direct replacement? and b) if anyone has spotted them in HT Clearance/brochure/sale books before C15? I had a customer ask what the alternative for the Dry skin SOS was the silicon glove one....I'd guess the renewing moisture one would be the best alternative for the intense protection - but that's only an educated guess :rotfl:
maybe order of the intense protection and one of the renewing, and see which they prefer, then give them their money back on the other one.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
Morning Ladies.
I was hoping for some advice if i may. As you all know i have been having a little bit of a nightmare with Avon for one reason or another.
Anyway, I collected in the last of my c12 yesterday. Lucky for me i had a new customer with a £30 order, Or again this month i would have made nothing due to another rep stealing my orders.
I was over MOV by 5p!
Late last night, Around midnight i got a text from this customer explaining that she may not be able to buy the products because she cant afford it.
Am i right, That i can return the products if she doesn't buy them?
Also what would happen with my commission? Will i loose it?
Thanks again ladies!

Don't worry, still place your order. If she can't pay for her order when it arrives, just send it back and deduct the nett amount off the amount outstanding on your a/c. Yes, you will lose the commission off her order but if it allows you to click into 20% on the rest of your order then you still get to keep that.
Good luck.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

A friend has just had a baby, and as everyone gives gifts for the baby I thought I would put something together for her. Like a little relax and pamper type idea. If you were to do this what would you put in it? Or, alternatively, what would you like to receive. I'm doing bubble bath.... and some planet spa face masks... all ideas welcome, and if I have it in my stash I can put it in
TIA
Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -
