C11 has been my best in the whole two years I have been with Avon :j
Not probably what some people want to hear but my ASM will be chuffed.
Got a little bit of an odd email from someone with an Avon logo. It said "OOPS you seem to have forgotten to place your last order" I actually placed C11 two days early. Not sure if this person is legit or not but surely if they were an SL they would know if I had placed my order or not. Also wouldn't you introduce yourself as my new SL ! Very odd. I haven't actually had an SL for about 18 months0 -
C11 has been my best as well since I started
I think it was the road I canvassed for the second time. Hoping to manage to canvass the next road in my territory this campaign. I can only do so many new houses at one time since they're all terraced roads with 50-100 houses each:eek:

I'm seriously thinking of starving my regulars of a book or 2
Speaking as a customer, I'd be really annoyed if I was starved of a book. I see it as part of the service.
If I don't get regular service I may as well order on-line and not bother with a rep.
I don't order every campaign because eother I don't need anythng, haven't seen anything I fancy or I'm waiting for something to be offer, but I can access the book on-line and I would personally see the lack of a book as a lack of service and I'd wonder if my rep had given up.
Everyone's diffferent and that's just a personal opinion and not a criticism.
I'm sure it works in some cases, but maybe not in others.

If your regulars really are regular, in that they leave the book out for you and you can see they're browsing at least, I'd carry on.
I've moved some people onto every other book because of a combination of factors: not always returning books, repeatedly not reading books, no orders since at least Christmas. They had to have met all these criteria before I did this. For example if someone hadn't ordered since Christmas but read every (or nearly every) book I'd have carried on.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Just a suggestion - you need to be ordering your brochures much further in advance than when you're just a rep. This is especially important if you're signing people who are in much earlier mailplans than yourself. Otherwise you won't have the right brochures to give them. It will cost more while you sort out getting books for the next few campaigns in one go - but otherwise you won't have the right brochures to give them for their second campaign, which you should be giving them when you see them to show them how to order
I hadn't even thought about that thanks. I spoke to my SL today and she said she will still be supplying me with books for this campaign. I thought I had done the two I would be given books for. As I had someone sign up and leave and another person sign up, but they wanted to start in the next campaign. So this time I need to get my head around it and order the right books and the right amount!M May11 55886.810 -
I need to have a rant
One of my clients ordered the Body Illusion vest out of C10. Now in the brochure it is pink(30668) and there are definately no alternative colour order codes. So it came and I opened it and it is white ! So I very politely email customer services and they say no problem we will send out the correct one but not like a replacement which comes within 3-5 working days but with my C11 order.
I get my C11 order yesterday and they have put another white one in !! does anyone know if the pink one exists as at present I feel like it is a figment of my imagination. My client is a little bewildered too as of course there isn't a white vest in the brochure.
The worse thing is that I now have two white Body Illusion vests and one necklace to go back but the lady who very kindly takes my Avon order in for me is in hospital so I have no way of sending back the incorrect items(as we cannot post them anymore)
I don't usually have a problem with Avon but this has frustrated the hell out of me0 -
i'm so so upset.
my account balance was £107.34, i made credits of £35.26. so in theory I should owe £72.08
I log into my account to find my credits are still pending and that I now owe £137.08 because Avon paid £30.00 me when they shouldnt have done so they took it back except they took £60.
I phoned up and the first person hung up on me when I tried to explain, the second person has taken the £30 off so I still owe about £100. Better than it was but I am having to pay for their mistake the idiots.
I really aren't having much luck with Avon and if it weremn't for the fact I have been made redundant and need the money I would give up (actually due to their continous mess ups I am not making any money as it is)Squirrelling away in September No 33It's not about the money, it's about financial freedom, being in control of it and living in the natural world and not a material world0 -

Fair enough but from a reps point of view when you have 6 camps with of books come back with nothing then you are likely to think I'll book starve for a camp or two.Squirrelling away in September No 33It's not about the money, it's about financial freedom, being in control of it and living in the natural world and not a material world0 -
Hi,
I need to ring avon as they keep sending my order to my old address!! I've tried changing my address several times on the website but no such luck and it's such a pain! On the website it says contact Avon on: 0333 2345000. I'm just a bit worried about how much the call is going to cost because it's a strange number! Is this the one other reps use?
Thanks!0 -

Hiya - don't worry, its the same cost as ringing an 01 or 02 number. Which also means that you can ring it from a mobile and it'll be in your inclusive minutes if you're on a contract.0
