Well, interesting development regarding TJHughes selling Avon products - They have gone into administration  Not a good week this for the shops, Jane Norman has gone as well. Thought it was odd that JN was closed on Saturday, then saw it on the news yesterday.Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0

Yes, I have returned without box. They can't expect customers to keep the box, especiall as some have instructions on the inside and have to be dismantled.Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -

Yes, not a problem at all provided it's within the 90 day limit. Just check your invoices - whenever applying for credit it's a good idea to search 'by item/description', the system then automatically throws up every time you've ordered that item. Just then elect the one you want and if you can't find a specific code to match then '65' comes in handy 'Didn't like for some other reason'.
On a similar note, if you come across a customer, who bought something off their previous rep but can't now trace them. Offer to help by contacting Avon about it. Has happened to me a couple of times now and Avon have always helped by crediting my a/c with the amount for returning it even though I didn't buy it in the first place. (In such cases make sure you get the full credit you give back to the customer, not just the rep cost.)Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

I am so peeved. Some of my customers pay me by bank transfer. As we live so rurally it works for everyone. Except now 3 of them who say they have done it, the money hasn't got to my account yet  Now I am going to get charged because I will be £2.04 over my limit today. I am so fed up. Sorry, I know this isn't really the place but I needed to let off some steam. Think I will have to revert to cash, and paying Avon via Post Office instead of bank.Still looking for the plot...... Oh dear, yes 'cash is king'; if you can organise the goods and deliver to their door, the least your customers can do is have the cash waiting for you.
Methinks a little note/email is called for explaining that whilst you would like to help as/whenever you can, your current system is not working and actually causing you problems so you need to revise your modus operandi.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Hi all
Sorry you haven't heard from me for a while x
Did first campaign - £85 sales, not fantastically good but they were only orders from 4 friends so not too badIt got me a couple of things I needed for free with some pocket money left over
Going to put in a bit more effort for campaign 12 now

Good news apparently the returns form is sorted now so you can print it off like we used to. Not checked myself but there's a message on the site saying it's sorted now according to another slAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

As I've only been a rep since the new system was implemented - what is this for? I've been using the blue book I ordered & doing the online returns form.
Can you enlighten me
