Just putting my first order in on the new site, does anyone know where the View Subtotal button is? xx

Yes, you have to keep pressing the 'Continue' button and go through 3 or maybe even 4 screens before it appears. It's the screen after the Online offers. Seems a bit of a backward step to me but you'll notice they've included a few new features.

Personally, I think the View Description is a bit of a pain now as if you're only ordering a few items at a time it means you have to keep scrolling down. :(

Oh, and I believe we are still allowed to backorder Demo products even though they now only show the current HT virtually. ;)

    Hope that helps.

You have to press the continue button about 3 or four times, and on the screen where it says submit your order to Avon, there's the view subtotal button :)

Snap! Hadn't realised it took me so long to input my reply! :rotfl:

NICKI - only just read thread - if your not bothered about losing couple of quid sales figures let me know!! Me being PC gets 100 books for £11... i can always order extra and bring them round on delivery day???

I have just lost 6 customers this campaign alone...... (2 have become reps themselves this month??!!!! I must be making them think i make money or something and they want a piece of it how wrong are they??? :rotfl:) ...... the other 4 i have no clue why that will teach me for putting the "opt out" option back on my slips!!!........and some customers have asked to be dropped to every 6 weeks :(:(:(:( so my regulars have dropped from 98 to 92.. and then ive got about 20 wanting each alternative campaign! so even less books needed now :(

good job my alternative customer base is taking off... shame the mark up isnt the 25% commission!! but least it means i should keep my place in PC this year despite all my health problems.

You can still view the previous HT. On the HT page there is a drop down box in the right hand top corner that says campaign and you can change it there to the previous campaign. Only realised myself today while inputting my order and checking out the site :)
    C1 = £643.17, C2= £60.51, C3 = £376.48, C4 = £331.58, C5 = £422.57

    Thanks, Fluella. Hadn't realised.

This is such a good thread (much better than Avon Connects in a lot of ways! LOL)

    Hi Johanne,

Glad to see things are still going well for you (and hope all your health problems are sorted now). My guess is that the TV advertising (+ the credit crunch) is encouraging people out of the woodwork. Hope your ex-customers are joining your team and not someone else's!

Am guessing your 'alternative customer base' = customers acting as mini-reps i.e. on a percentage of whatever orders they bring in? (Have a couple of those myself; as you say, it helps the order values.) Or have you come up with something else? (Am nosey as ever! :rotfl:)

Im not a SL so they havent joined under me! no idea who their upline is!! have told them if they have problems and dont want to carry on to get back in touch and i will continue to serve them :) Plus if they have friends who want to place orders will process the too and give my customer a cut for collecting the orders - eliminating the faff for them! ;)

"alternative customer base" wise ive come up with something else! ;) dont wanna say too much as dont wanna do myself outta sales :rotfl: BUT basically i have established a little sideline in online sales... has netted me approx £500 in sales figures in the past 3 months..but have yet to break even due to the costs involved and the discounts i have given on the online sales. But its easier than trekking the streets!! Health problems arent sorted yet (got a minor op in july... then having my left kidney completely removed in sept-ish :eek:) so finding my round very hard going!! have missed 4 campaigns this year alone outta 10! So sales are very low in comparison to last year so had to find someway to get my figures up to reach PC at least as id be gutted not to!

Oh dear, sounds like you're really going through the myre - good luck with your ops; hope that'll be the end of your probs and you'll be 100% afterwards.

Well done though for your lateral thinking on the sales front. :T (You can't keep a gud 'un down!)

Sorry, had forgotten you hadn't gone the SL route; something to think about next year maybe? A supportive upline helps enormously but realise it's not for everyone.
