I got an e-mail from my ASM a few weeks ago about it and posted it on here, but like Lozza said at the time, we still hadn't received official word from Avon, not everyone gets informed of things like this from their AsM or SL, so you would hope Avon does put out official notification.

If they don't, they'd be getting a lot of complaints from people who place a small order because their sl/asm says its ok to do so, or because they've always been able to with no problem, only to find they've been charged a delivery charge that no-one informed them off. Potentially I suppose, avon could add it to where you submit your order, saying orders of below x amount will incur a delivery charge of x amount.

Until everyone gets told by avon, I'm not telling people its coming in, as they could potentially still change their mind about it.

I've done my customer newsletter for C6:
Avon is celebrating 125 years of business this year, and this brochure is packed full of fantastic offers!
To celebrate this I’m offering a FREE GIFT with every order of £12.50 or more!
Spend £10 or more in this brochure, and you can purchase a bag and contents for just £10, which is worth over £38! See page 5, its fantastic value for money.
New perfumes by Reese Witherspoon, pages 6-9.
Fantastic offers on pages 10-27 – perfume, make-up and more.
Great make-up tips on pages 70-105, get the most from your products.
New Footworks Range – Sugar Lime Mojito – pages 128-129. This new range is lovely and refreshing.
Any 3 for £3 pages 140-143, includes liquid soaps, shower gels, and body lotions.
New Paul Frank bag and purse, pages 168-169. Design exclusive to Avon.
New Empowerment Bracelet pages 202-203, only £5 and all profits go to help fight against domestic violence. It is for a great cause, and it is a gorgeous charm style bracelet.
All 4 for £5 on haircare sets, 2 to choose from, pages 216-219.
They include some of the most popular Advance technique products.

  • Hi, does anyone know if you can back-order samples from HT? I was hoping to order some more of the perfume samples that are half price in HT7....

As the View Subtotal option still seems to have vanished (even though my orders due on Tues), I can't see how much they are coming up as
This is really frustrating me now, I use it so much and I also have other things in there that were on the Internet Exclusives screen that I can't remember the price of!
Anyone know when this is likely to be resolved, or are we stuck without it forever??
 I have this theory that chocolate slows down the ageing process.... It may not be true, but do I dare take the chance?

I've back-ordered samples at the previous offer prices. Just adjust the campaign number in the drop box to the previous one.

Hi MM, Oh... well done you! You'll go far!

    Cx

PS: It was the pink shower cream my customer wanted but she saw the value of the 5 for £5 deal I managed to find for her. She had a great time on holiday and wasn't bitten but, shhhh, it's not mozzie season yet! LOL

One of my customers uses the pink ones, she swears by it, says it keeps the flies away when she is gardening.

Order 3 products from each offer i.e. to get them all at the offer price; then point out to your customer that the actual price of the 3 items she ordered is £x but you realised she was looking for a good deal so, if she likes, she can have all 6 products for £11. IF you're wanting to be a 'really good rep' - after hearing her groan at her mistake - I'd offer her whichever 3 products she wants for £6 (knowing full well you can return whatever she doesn't actually want under code 52 'unable to deliver') ;)

I actually ordered a similar product from the 3 for £6 deal in the end. After my nightmare with returns last camp I didn't want to risk it! I'd like to make a few quid this time!

I would also like the button back! Did really well in the last campaign, but this one isn’t going so well. So far I have two roads left to collect from and only one £8 order! I have a few small family orders. I just really hope I make enough to get some sort of profit to cover the cost of the books. :(

  • Hope you've had a reply (and some help) by now - if not email Avon with details of whoever signed you up (it will be in the top portion of your application form and they should also have completed the details on the back of your Avon guide). Hopefully, if you complain to Avon they will contact your Area Sales Manager, who should make sure you get some support.

Good luck and keep us informed.

Thanks for asking after me :)

My ASM did get back to me yesterday and arranged to bring my brochures Tuesday (day before my order due) and 'help me with my order' which I've already uploaded...I'm obviously a bit stuck as I can't get my ASM to ensure I get some support as she's my only contact, not having a SL. TBH I'll be happy to get my books then do my own thing with help from you lovely people ;), and just hope I can at least get more territory from her in future if needed. Perhaps through guilt tripping..

    Good luck everyone :T
