Yeah, she has been specific... but on further thought, originally I thought it was only the 'blue' dry oil spray, but she has asked for the 'pink' moisturiser.... I am wondering if I should take a dry oil spray for her, and explain I thought this was the one that had the 'effects' (!) and let her take it if she is going away and she can pay me on return for it, if it turns out that one is better (she is local, plus I can order the creatively to cover myself) What do you think??
I also have a customer, who reckons it's the pink SSS they use to keep mozzies at bay. Have mentioned to her that 'generally, people reckon it's the blue one' but she's adamant..... that's what she wants so that's what I sell her! :rotfl:Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Hi MC  This one thinks it's the pink moisturiser cream rather than the dry oil spray too... I have expressed my doubts, and ordered both and explained to her that she is welcome to try them and return whichever she likes. So hopefully we will resolve the matter!Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -
Thank you, my next order isn't due for 3 weeks so have asked for immediate replacement. I just can't believe what a mess they have made of it. I have never had a problem with my orders before. On the bright side, my free gift was a nice watch!
Further to A's comments, make sure you always check your invoices; some reps had a lot of problems recently with recharges, which can also be a nightmare!Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

I've heard from another sl who managed to get some sense out of Avon, that there a fault in the website and they're working to get it sorted which is why someone people can view subtotal and others can't.
Still catching up but one of my team members told me last week that she's inputting two orders at the mo (C5 and C6) - she can view sub-total on her C5 order but not her C6.
Have also emailed Avon, who confirmed it was a fault on their system and 'hopefully resolved shortly'.... Haven't checked recently but hope it's sorted pdq.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Thanks, strangely enough when I did a 'Free Gift for £10+ spend' in January I was really surprised by how many £8/9 orders I got! No accounting for some people - inverted snobbery perhaps?Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

I submitted my C6 yesterday and I couldn't see my subtotal button.
MC, you have done this, if you submit early, do they still deliver on the usual delivery day or earlier? I need 2 items before my delivery day and it is C6, not C5 items.0 -

Hi everyone
Just wanted to say thank you to all the contributors on here for invaluable help. I've just finished my first campaign and am ready to place order. Unfortunately I appear to be one of the unlucky new reps who has been left to get on with it by my ASM (who also tried to get me to become an SL on sign up). Thanks to you guys I've managed to work out creative ordering etc. I've not had one phone call or email since starting, I did receive one text but it didn't answer a question I had. I've left two messages today as my order is due next week and I would like to know when she will be bringing my books for C7 but had no reply. The text I had was 2 weeks ago.
I actually feel very upset tonight as I've spent 2 hours putting my orders on, I've slogged my guts out to reach over £250 with no help from anyone except my husband. Sorry to offload but I feel really sorry for a lot of the other new reps. I do at least have a lot of previous experience in sales & have run my own business so I have that advantage, whereas I can see some poor girls are struggling and might give up due to lack of support. I just wonder what the point of me paying the admin fee was when I could have just used the money to order my own books.
Thanks again and good luck to you all :T
Hope you've had a reply (and some help) by now - if not email Avon with details of whoever signed you up (it will be in the top portion of your application form and they should also have completed the details on the back of your Avon guide). Hopefully, if you complain to Avon they will contact your Area Sales Manager, who should make sure you get some support.
Good luck and keep us informed.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Hi, no, even if you submit your order early it will still come out to you on the due date. The only way to get an item early is to back-order it by placing an additional order i.e. £2.50 charge and need to reach commissionable levels again. So, only way for you to get C6 items early is to find someone in an earlier MailPlan than you.
