The Penultimate Episode of Territory Statistics..
I had a proper look at all my streets (some only covered for a few campaigns so that's why this isn't quite the end) to see how things stack up. I like turning things into stats.
Houses 400
Customers 41 - 10%
Getting their Avon elsewhere (another rep, friend, family, work etc) 21 - 5%
Not ordered yet 43 - 11%
No more brochures 210 - 53%
Empty houses 13 - 3%
Black-List (aka people who don't return books) 71 - 18%I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

grrrrr  having a bad day. Firstly my front door decided to play up and locked me out of the house. Called a mate in the trade who was able to get it open, strip it down and put back together with a good oiling. Had to nip out, but when I returned, door knackered again so had to call mate again and now we have to only use back door until he is able to replace the lock next week
Then, received an additional order I had put in with Avon for some Samples and bits. Half of the Sampling Success Pack is missing (£20 one)!!! So phone Avon CS who just didn't get the fact that I didnt have a code for each individual item that was missing and it was all lumped under the code for the pack. After 20mins or so, they finally got it and said they would have to send out a whole new box next campaign as reps can only order one per campaign  So even though it is their fault they couldn't just send one out to me. Anyway, figured that if I put it in for an immediate replacement using code 54 (charged for but missing from box) that would be the best option. Don't understand why Avon can't bend their own rules a bit when an issue occurrs due to "Their" error and not ours.
Sorry to rant.

I e-mailed them a couple of weeks ago about an item I was trying to add to my list of credits but couldn't. I saved it, it didn't appear, and then it wasn't available anymore to re-add. I passed on all the information they would need (order code etc) and they sorted it out without any problems. Did take a couple of days so maybe if you want to feel like something's getting done now it would be best to ring and see how it goes.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here.
